I'm not sure if it is just this location, but this food does not resemble the Chipotle I remember. I have eaten Chipotle in many different locations around the US including NYC, Denver, San Antonio, Austin, Humble and this location. Other than this location, I have always deeply enjoyed the food from Chipotle. I have tried all of the meats and different combinations from tacos, a bowl, and the well known burrito, so I generally know what to expect from this place. For some reason every time I visit this location I always have a sub-par meal. Generally it is the meat that seems flavorless, but this last time it was pretty much everything. I went to this location with one other person, they had the steak (brand new batch) with a bowl, and I had the barbacoa with the bowl. The first problem I had was the person I was with literally received maybe 5 cubes of steak. She asked if she could have a little more and they said they would charge her for double meat (for an $8 burrito say what?). I then decided to get the barbacoa which they gave me an extremely large amount of (I definitely didn't complain). We also decided to share the normally amazing chips and guac, along with getting our free drinks for being college students. We went on to eating our food(while sharing pretty much everything including the meat) and it was probably the most flavorless meal I have had in a long time. The steak while have a decent texture and a red center, almost tasted like absolutely nothing. The barbacoa had a very chewy texture which had the taste of being left out for a long while. The drinks (both the POWERade and lemonade) had their normal bright coloring, but tasted like we were sipping on water (I guess that's not a bad thing), and worst of all (while some may not agree) was pure unripe avocados and tough chips. If you have eaten at chipolte you know they are famous for their guac having an ample amount of flavors and their chips being soaked in lime and kosher salt... but not this time. In other words as previously stated, the food was extremely bland and was definitely...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service me and my husband buy Chipotle maybe 3 times a week spending about $50 every time and every single time I go very slow service . down to online orders not being pushed out on time . carelessness . . GREEEETY with serving amounts. I’ll ask for an update on my late pick up order and i don’t get an update and acknowledged again until it’s fully prepared another 15MINUTES LATER .The short female manager literally never smiles and does not greet.i tried talking to her about my late order and she just went to the back and didn’t even come back to update me on how much longer it’ll take. I used to pick up for dinner time but the night shift had horrible customer service every single time . this last visit all young guys playing around hanging out in the back and no one attending the front. NO MEAT WAS ON THE GRILL .the server was the first to come out when he heard my keys…and started serving my rice and beans right away , I then requested steak and the guy just looked at me and said “we don’t have steak right now” I said “how long would it take for the wait?” he said “i don’t know “ I said “ well can you go ask someone please” . As if he expected me to just walk out and didn’t care if I waited or not. Then he walks away and gets the cook and suddenly 5 staff members all come walking from the back shocked there was a long line. so they start rushing and working he sets my bowl aside and tells me it’s going to be a minute then brushes me off and goes to the next customer .the steak was finally done so he calls me back over AND TRIES TO SERVE THE STEAK ON THE COLD RICE AND BEANS THAT HE SAT ASIDE THE WHOLE TIME THE STEAK WAS COOKING. I told him I don’t want cold rice and beans please can I have it fresh . he gave me the biggest attitude like I annoyed him the rest of the time I was there . I felt VERY uncomfortable. everyone has a attitude when asking for special requests. i’m so over this location. I pay $50 every time for a bad experience now I have to drive further if I want Chipotle Fairmont needs a while to staff team down to...
Read moreThe food was fine but the problem is the service and the lack of cleanliness with this location. None of the tables were cleaned and there were no napkins to wipe the dirty tables. Luckily I had baby wipes with me which I had to go back to the car to retrieve. I came in at 4 pm on Dec. 5 and my main complaint is with the guy working the cash register. Since he conveniently doesn’t wear a name tag, I’m reduced to describing him: the chubby guy moving at snail’s pace with dyed bleached ends. First off although his other coworkers clearly look like they’re not having a good time at they’re job (most likely in large part due to having to work with this slacker) they’re all moving the whole time doing their job. This guy however just stays at the cash register standing there instead of pitching in to help make the bowls. This was the longest I ever had to wait in line, by far, at a chipotle even though the line wasn’t that long. I asked him three times politely if I could get a fork since they were all out at the front, he proceeded to respond each time that he will but yet continues to stand at the cash register even though the customer is still picking out their food. Then he decides to take his sweet time refilling the napkin dispensers while me and other customers continue to wait not being able to eat our food. Finally I went up to him for the final time and had to raise my voice and tell him that I have to pick up my kid soon and that I’ve asked 3 times. Then he just throws the forks into the table instead of handing it to us. And I said “that only took you a second to be able to do.” He could have handed me a fork the whole time since it was right beneath him… What a lazy guy. This establishment is deriving no benefit from such an employee. I don’t look forward to coming back to...
