Visited this outlet 2 times in the last week. The first time was a good treasure hunt which made me want to go back agaiN while the second tipped the scale on safety. I don’t mind that it was extremely slow for the turnover of bins considering I only saw one person pushing them in and out. My concern is how the bins were filled compared to the previous visit and my visits to the outlets in Portland and Spokane. Glass, books, clothes, electronics and bric a brack were not separated in the least. Every bin that i explored was full of broken glass! There was NO attempt on removing breakable items from the bins and i am extremely glad that nobody got hurt during the time i was there. More attention and separation should be accomplished before a child ends up cutting there hand open in the bin they see toys in. Highly recommend looking at how items are separated at other Goodwill Outlets such...
Read moreZero stars for this shopgoodwill location. Items of the same kind like four pieces of dishes from the same line are being broken up into several auctions and marked "cannot be combined for shipping" so buyers have to pay extra shipping instead of combining shipping for the same items to generate more profits to line their pockets on donated items that they got for free. Stop patronizing and making donations to this shopgoodwill location and others that you suspect are profiting off your generosity. The "causes" they advertise is just a front to line the organization's pockets. This organization should be renamed Greedwill. If this organization wants to become a retailer, then they should buy their inventory and pay appropriate taxes and not be tax exempt just like...
Read moreGoodwill bins (I call it The Dump) are my favorite place on earth. I can spend hours digging for treasures and singing along with their (usually) good music choices. I lived in Portland for over 20 years and visited all The Dumps in the area all the time. Reselling and The Dump have become the norm in PDX and Goodwill has raised their prices to absolutely ridiculous numbers there. The stores there are jammed with a thousand people and their camp chairs waiting for the next rotation. I am now living between Pasco and Portland - Pasco Dump will be my go to when I have the urge to dig. Prices are WAY better and it is way less annoying than all The Dumps in the Portland area. I...
