Dan Good Flooring — Attraction in Payson

I truly wish I could recommend Dan Good flooring for laminate countertops, but I can't. Kelly is AWESOME, but the company does not use the right manufacturer or installer. My first set of counters had two different sheens, which should have been caught by both the manufacturer and installer. I opted to get it fixed because I shouldn't have to settle. The second set of counters were miscut, which the installer saw and said it could be fixed by paint. Dan did offer to remake one of the counters, but it would have extended the counter past the backsplash... something I have never seen. I settled for a modest discount as I didn't see a way forward since both the manufacturer and installer do not care about quality. I thought I could find a company to come out to fix the issues, but I'm left with a substandard project. Dan Good may be great on other types of counters, but I would not use them for laminate...

We just had our floor covering replace with some carpet and some of the new vinyl plank material. The quote was very competitive with much better quality materials and the two separate crews were excellent. Very professional, friendly and helpful. They were very careful with removing our furniture and helping replace it. They talked us through the procedure and gave some excellent advice as to how to keep the floors in excellent condition. We had some special requests for hiding our audio wires and they were very accommodating. They were totally trustworthy and we had no problem with leaving the house to their care while we left for several hours. I have known Dan for years and have always known him and his staff to be totally honest and trustworthy, friendly and helpful. You can't do better than Dan...

I wanted tile backsplash for my kitchen and laundry room.

Hallie took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided serval options for me to take home to see what it would look like.

Once I decided what I like, the order was placed!

It didn't take long to get the initial visit set up, for Dan to come take measurements and answer any questions we had.

The installation went smoothly and the installation technician was friendly, professional and very respectful to us and of our home.
