Worst salon experience of my life. I texted them a inspo picture and my current hair. Just how they ask before scheduling. I went into detail in the text about my hair. Last time it was bleached and how long ago was dyed dark. I walked in to schedule. I was asked more detail of my hair I 100 percent was honest with my hair history. Again, how long ago I bleached and what dye I used . Just that Sarah didn’t get the memo. Because she touched and lifted a few strands of hair and said. I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING IT. You got color on color and need a color correction. So I won’t be doing it. I said “ im telling you the same thing I told the person who booked me with you” we could’ve saved this whole ordeal. She’s either not experienced or she just didn’t wanna deal with thick dark hair. She never even mention anything about the health of hair. I got up and demanded my deposit. She then argued this is why we do consults. Well I had 2 prior being booked with you and still nobody told you what I previously discussed over text and at the front desk. So if you have “ box dye” stay away from Sarah because she will turn you away. I myself had no idea Sally’s was box dye. LOL And I bet she stayed and bad talked about me to the other stylists because she had a whole attitude about my reaction. Another thing that made me even more mad was having to pay $50 dollars for a consult to be turned away. But like I said I demanded my money back. And also the color I wanted was copper not platinum blonde sweetie. Maybe go to color seminars with senior colorists that way you’re not turning down...

I’ve been going to see Mrs.Bri Sense I was 12 (I’m now 17) I was seeing her before she got her own business. And when I tell you she is amazing at what she does. She is AMAZING! She has done my color and cut. Then I ventured out to see Mrs.Allison. Who is one of the most thought full, loving stylist ever. I gave her a picture of what I was wanting to get which was on the shorter side. And when I tell you she made my hair look EXACTLY like the picture she DID! Then I recently went to Mrs. Jayda to get my hair colored. I wanted to have more blonde in my hair but still have my natural root so that It would grow out nice. So I booked for a dimensional blonde. And when I tell you she got exactly what I wanted and even more, she DID! Also Mrs Trinity is the BEST. If you wanna book for long layers or a blow out, she’s got you. This salon and boutique is AMAZING. Speaking on the boutique, you need to come and check it out. I went back to school shopping there looking for 1 pair of jeans and I left with more. These jeans Mrs. Cristina has is so soft, flexible and very flattering. She has the best eye for fashion. I used Bri for my hair and makeup services for my bride trial and wedding day on 02/23/19. And I cannot say enough wonderful things about this girl and her team!! I followed her on instagram and fell in love with her work. I showed her one picture inspo that I wanted for my bride trial and a couple pictures for makeup and she nailed it! I was beyond pleased with her work on hair and makeup on both days. All any bride wants on her big day is to feel beautiful and lovely for her husband, and she accomplished exactly that and more. Bri and her team were so kind, sweet, and fun while we were getting ready in the bridal suite. She communicated with me so well during the whole process and wedding planning and I had no issues at all. Bri and her team drove out to our location also and spent the day in the bridal suite, which was so convenient. The prices she offers for hair and makeup combos for brides and bridesmaids are very reasonable.
