Havent had Dr.Pepper on the app in over a week. Like hello? Can't eat there if y'all don't have my drink. Also always check ur food, this place is decent portion sizes but they have messed up my order or forget to give me something quite a bit.
5/8/23 - Update went last week they have Dr.Pepper but the app or online doesnt you have to request it when you get there smh
6/12/2023 Update: Well they are now 1 star, went to get food, and i guess somehow the app messed up when updating and made the meat i wanted on the side ON it. Well okay thats not their fault thats mine. But they forgot the taco when they gave it to me it had lettuce and sour cream, so i didnt see the sour cream and said hey this is supposed to be no lettuce also, they handed it back i didnt check till i got in car and it had sour cream. I was so furious at this point though... i tried to be nice enough about it when i was trying to explain it to them... i was so frustrated at that point that i just left with both messed up tacos. The Chalupa and burrito were to have extra meat. one had the extra meat the other didnt. Maybe the app mess up with it not being on the side but they kept trying to act like it was all my fault. I have had many mess ups at this location but this was by far the worst ever. It seems like the people there cant read. Even if the meat on the side was my fault they forgot the taco and forgot the extra meat on one and the extra fries on the other. And then proceeded to hand me 2 messed up tacos. This is why i havent been here in a month they always mess up. Like i have worked in service industries its not that hard to read an order. At this point ill go for my free reward and their nacho fries but nothing else anymore or for a long time.
7/22/2023 They always mess up something lately... the app i choose meat on the side and it doesnt say that. So id have to call up there to make sure they put it on the side. Also I dont eat here unless there is a really good coupon etc, the amount of times they messed up my food and the way they barely put anything on the food anymore isnt worth it...
Read moreI I will never ever go to this damn Taco Bell again! Everytime I go there and I order my food they always forget something or mess something up. I always order the same thing a Cheesy Gordita Crunch a chip and cheese nacho a four pack of Cinnabon Delights and a Mountain Dew Baja Blast medium. About 20 minutes ago I pulled up and I sat in the Drive-Thru after I drove by the lobby and saw all the employees sitting there on their cell phones and I waited for 4 minutes until somebody came to the speaker and took my order. He did not repeat my order back to me he did not give me my total he just said drive up when I got to the window he still did not repeat my order he gave me my total he took my money he did not give me a receipt. When I got my food it was not all there I was missing my Nacho and my Cinnabon Delights were not fresh once again they were hard as a rock on one side and the bag was greasy like they had been sitting there. When I got home my Baja Blast was all carbonation no Baja Blast the employees are rude they forgot my nacho and when I told them they forgot it will he didn't charge you for that I told her that's not my problem I order my food he did not repeat my order back to me so that's y'all's problem me you should train your employees better this place has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. And I work in customer service everyday until your doors closed at 1 your employees should be on their toes and ready to serve the people that come through your drive-thru no matter what time it is it is ridiculous that 4 out of the last 5 times that I have been there everything has been screwed...
Read moreIF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 stars…I WOULD!!! My fiancé and I ordered from this Taco Bell Via DoorDash, and they gave the dasher the complete wrong order. I called the store directly and asked about the mix up and the manager was completely unprofessional! He stated that the store still had my order and that I needed to come pick it up myself even though I just paid for DoorDash services. I drove to this Taco Bell location and asked if they could remake my entire order due to THEIR mix up; plus it had been over 45 minutes, so that particular order that they made was already cold. The manager had an attitude and displayed unprofessional behavior because of my request to remake my order. They had us pull up to the front of the building to wait for approximately 20 minutes, only to return with that very same order. AND LIED AND SAID THEY REMADE THE ITEMS. But you can tell by how cold and soggy my food and fries was that they just gave us the same items we ordered last time. I addressed the manager and he got extremely disrespectful and snatched the bag of food away from me and threw it in the trash, and then ordered the other workers to remake my order. And after all of this unnecessary behavior the food was HORRIBLE!!! FOOD WAS SLOPPY. FRIES SOGGY AND NASTY! TACOS ALL BROKEN UP!! WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!
