Flame pizza seafood — Restaurant in Pearland

I would honestly give this place no stars but as to there is no option.... When I called to make a delivery I was at first told that it was 6.1 miles away and that they only deliver 5miles away. I tried to ask if they would let 1 mile slide and that I would even pay extra, still they denied. So I went to maps to find 1 mile closer to them to say as the delivery site but I then realized it wasn't even 4 miles away. Of course I called back and explained that we were only 3.7miles away, the Owner/Manager Syed proceeded to tell me that they only deliever 5miles from point A to point B (meaning only a radius of 2.5miles to deliver.) So when asked to speak to a manager he said okay but hung up. When called back no answer, so of course called from my wifes phone, he answered, she then asked for the corporate number if there was one for this site he once again hung up.

Never had I had such bull with dealing with a restaurant...I will not ever eat from this site even if it was the last place...

There was another restaurant by a different name with different personel/management years ago. I figured I give the new one a shot and I'm glad I did. Service was exceptional, both gentlemen were courteous over the phone and when I arrived to pick up my order. It was nice to be greeted with a smile which seems not and more rare these days. The food was made in a timely matter and tasted great. I order the pepperoni pizza and the crust was delicious, as was the gooey cheese and health amount of pepperoni on each slice. I'm looking forward to trying other entrees on their menu given the quality of this one. 😋

Discriminated against based on race. While I studied the menu to decide my order for myself and my clients, multiple caucasian customers came in to pick up large orders and paid via credit card. I placed my $56 order. My credit card was examined closely for my name and the business name. Then I was told I needed an id. I stated that I don't carry my id with me to run a block over to pick up food for customer event. I was told I needed my id. I offered to enter my pin for my business debit card. Rudely told me I needed an id. I was the only person of color and the only person whos credit card was examined and and the only person asked for an id. I will not return and I do not support businesses that...
