Segura Western Wear — Attraction in Pearland

My favorite western store in Pearland! Ever since first stopped by Segura I haven’t been back to boot barn or cavenders and I don’t plan on it! I came in to have a very dirty and warped felt hat reshaped and the owner Gio was super kind and spent almost an hour shaping and cleaning my hat so beautifully & I am so happy with how it turned out! I was in need of a hat box a few weeks ago and was turned down by every boot barn in the Houston area, so I called segura and they hooked me up with a super nice hat box and even put it on hold for me. You can go to any big western store like Cavender’s or Boot Barn, but this little local gem had everything I needed and more. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was with family—the customer service was exceptional! Gio is very kind and helpful. Both me and my husband were able to get boots. The service is exceptional. No complaints. I didn’t have the proper socks and they gave me socks to try with the boots I bought. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot. All there boots are from Guanajuato, and can get it ordered for you if they don’t have your boots in store.
