My Sweet Obsession does a fantastic job with their custom cookies (and all their sweet treats). I’m always so impressed with my orders; not only do the cookies look great, but they taste great too. Their customer service is off the charts as well. I placed an order just a few days ago for my daughter’s first birthday party and asked that they be ready the day before the party. The owner called me that day and was very apologetic that the order wouldn’t be ready that day due to unforeseen circumstances, but she delivered my order to my house in person the next morning in plenty of time before the party. We ordered a pre-designed cake with five days notice for pick-up. Their website indicates they need 24-hours notice to complete an order from their pre-designed cakes. We requested pick-up for 1/27 between 12-1. After not receiving a text message, as indicated in the purchase order, I called to inquire about the status of the cake. They overlooked our order and hadn’t started it when I called around 12:30 on the 27th. The cake was for our child’s 2nd birthday. I was also very frustrated when the phone was hung up on me when asking a question. I picked this place based on the reviews, and I was very upset/displeased with the services received. I’ve been coming to MSO for my cookie and cake needs for over a year and I can say hands down it’s a wonderful experience. My custom cake and cookie orders always turn out perfect, and my family love the Brownies, Rockstar, Brookie and chocolate chip cookies the most. I often buy “inappropriate” cookies from the shop for fun and they are a big hit with the office. Ive also bought cookie and brownie platters for school events which everyone enjoys.
