I ordered a chicken finger meal and asked for honey mustard, the guy was charging me .96. Cents for a sauce, so i have him my cash and he said he didn't have change, then said goodbye with a smirk. I said that without the sauce I wanted a refund, because I don't want chicken tenders without any sauce. He replied with another goodbye, then a more hostile leave. I told him I will leave but I wanted a refund, he said he was calling the cops, I said okay, I just want a refund. He then proceeded to call the police while smiling at me and blowing kisses.....he then walked around the corner and I asked one of the other employees if he was a manager, the other worker replied telling me he is the owner. All I have to say is wow.....he got me for 5 dollars, but I'll never go back again. I'm not a violent, mean person, but I just about lost it with this guy. Do yourself a favor, avoid this dump and go to the other DQ 2 miles...

Dairy Queen is very much small town, that's one of the main reason's I like it so much. We don't have a lot of small town luxuries anymore. We don't even have drive in movies anymore. It seems like everything that was sacred is now scarce, or just gone. It's good to see there's still some nostalgia left, to me, Dairy Queen would be a great example Of that. they're mom and pop, they give a"back home" feeling, they're very clean, they're desserts are the bomb I 10 X's over but, their Hunger Buster that I tried for the first time the other night, was so good. I haven't had a burger or a sandwhich yet that has topped it. The best part of that, I got it going through the drive through while they were closing up and they were a little rushed from the other car's behind us. You're team performed very well that night Pearland Dairy Queen, we give you mad prop's, We need more like you! I keep up the awesome work...

Visiting the drive thru prior to my return home to the NOLA was the nature of this review.

Despite being lactose-intolerant, this was a GOTTA HAVE IT DQ-RUN.

No line. Quick ordering. Plenty of choices. Friendly voice on the speaker. Swift cashing-out transaction. And boo-cha-ka-la we're on the road for home.

The shake was perfectly blended, whipped cream was lite, fluffy & the portion size was just right. The cost was was expected & I was a happy little camper.

Located on one of the main strips in Pearland, to me, this business seems to be drowned out in all the chaos... but they make it work because as we were leaving there were three more cars pulling up behind us.

Oh well, see...

I want a refund!!! Our family has supported this location since it opened but tonight's chicken strip (not tenders) meal was disappointing. Chicken strips were dry and tender size, toast also went through the dehydrater and wasn't much bigger than a Saltine Cracker, fries tasted old, and the gravy, which is always a great accompaniment to the meal, was subpar. At a price of $9.99 per meal, this experience is another example of a chain restaurant that has raised prices since COVID yet failed to provide equivalent quality food. When our teenagers say they prefer to not eat at Dairy Queen in the future, you know it was 👎.

Despite so many DQs in the city, this one stands out. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the owner is a very funny guy who always tells a joke when he's around, the food is great and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Clean and hygienic place. Ordered the super crispy onion rings, the amazing fries and the cheese sticks had mozzarella oozing out. The best thing though was the blizzard with chocolate fudge. Loved it. Definitely worth visiting over and over again.
