I went there to fix my portable charger and I told the guy that was working there if he can fix it and how much it will be and he said something like this would be $75 and I was thinking that was so much money to fix it and I had the part that broke off of it all he had to do was to fix it and I donât know what he did with the part that I gave him I donât know if it was thrown away or what and then I said how much is it to replace the whole thing and he said it will be $130 to $140 to replace the whole thing and he told me to pay the $75 before he did the work and I paid him before hand and then he was trying to sell me phone cases and portable chargers and I told him I wasnât interested he kept showing me chargers and phone cases and I told him I wasnât interested again and I looked up how much the portable charger I had on amazon and it was half the price to replace it and he said to come back tomorrow in two hours and I said ok and so I went there the next day and he said to give him another two hours and so I gave him another two hours and he said was that the only portable charger I had and I said yes and he said that he has a portable charger that was magnetic that I can use in the meantime until I get my charger back and I told him I donât like using magnetic chargers and I told him that I had an uneasy feeling about this and to give me my $75 back and he put the charger that i didnât want in my hand and he told me not to worry about it and walk into the Walmart to buy something and I went back in 3 minutes later and ask for my refund again and he said not to worry about it that he had to send it out to somebody else to fix it and he told me to give him two more days and he would contact me when it arrived and he never did contact me to keep me updated or nothing and I walked to my car and two days gone by and I went back to the repair place with my grandma and she was a paying costumer in the past three times and me and my grandma went in and I asked him if it was ready and he said it wasnât ready and to give him two more days and me and my grandma asked for my refund and he said that he couldnât give it to me if it was passed the seven days and I took it in on May 8th and I went back 4 days later with no updates with it and he never contacted me and so when me and my grandma asked for the refund me and my grandma comforted him on how he lied on how much the portable charger was to replace it and lied about the price and he also lied about how long it was going to take and he told my grandma rudely how many devices have I fixed for you and she said thatâs not the point and I said well you told me that it will take two hours and to come back tomorrow and I did and you told me to give you two more hours and I did and you said it still wasnât ready and I told him that I gave him the part that broke off and all he had to do was to fix it and he said maâam it doesnât work that way and I told him that I no longer wanted my charger back and that he can fix it and sell it when he fixes it and he said even if I fix it what am I going to do with something like that and I said you know what when you get it back just give it back to me the was it is and we argued for four minutes and my grandma said we will give you two more days and if itâs not here we will go to the costumer service and speak to the manager and report this place and she said are we the first two people to complain about you and he said this is not the first complaint heâs gotten and after all of this I did get my money back if your thinking about going to this place to have your phones and chargers fixed DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL...
   Read moreA-MAZ-ZING! I have never had faster, and better service concerning an electronic fix. I have been meaning to do this review for a while now, I wish I had gotten to it sooner. The prices are reasonable, the service is outstanding! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this business. I was really skeptical at first. I had my computer wiped and had Windows reinstalled. He was supposed to back everything up, and he did, but it was crazy that it didn't show up right away, but everything came back. I am a writer and I thought I lost all of my files. He did as he said he would do, backed everything up perfectly. I am extremely grateful to him! The supposed "leader" in computer repair was going to cost me double and I was even told by the "other" company that I had to buy a different product to do the backup. Techy did the work đ đ in under 24 hours, half the price, better service, was knowledgeable, and was able to explain things in terms I could understand. THANK YOU SO MUCH TECHY!    Read moreDO NOT come to this place!!! I came in and the first thing I ask is if they repaired MacBook motherboards, I was told yes and even paid money upfront. Said I needed it for work, Was told it would be a few days, never heard anything. So I called and was told it was my processor and thermalizer ( not sure if thatâs spelled correctly). I only asked to have my motherboard repaired from the beginning which would have solved any of that! Give us a few more days⌠guess what still nothing, I kept getting the run around. Finally after 2 weeks of having my computer they say they canât fix it, but for $1200 they could. What?!! Apple doesnât even charge that much and I would have been had it back by then. And have the nerve to ask for âlabor feeâ when nothing at all was fixed. There were also other people in there complaining they didnât fix their items correctly or couldnât . All these great reviews must have been paid for, avoid this place...
