I'm giving this store one star simply because it wouldn't let me give 0 Stars went to KFC at 8:52 p.m. on September 10th 2020 placed my order pulled up to the window was told to pull up to front of the store, waited outside for 25 minutes before they brought my food out & when arrived home the order was wrong. I called the store explained to them that the food was not right was told to come back to the store to replace my order just to knock on the door and they would let me in when I arrive to replace my incorrect order, once I arrived was told that they had to make the other orders before they could get to me the young guy had the managed come to the front after I waited 20 minutes inside of a closed store just to be told that the oven was already broken down for the night & it would take an hour to put it back up and she was not cooking anymore original chicken for the night was told that I can come back tomorrow and pick up my order so I explained to her so I have to go home and tell my husband that y'all made a mistake and you would make it right I would have to come back tomorrow, the woman that I spoke to name was Liz she was the manager on duty tonight was told that I could speak to Lisa the general manager tomorrow which will be September 11th 2020 so I will be going back tomorrow to see whatever excuse they will come up with . Read moreThis location has become an embarrassment as a KFC restaurant. It's a pathetic joke. Employees obviously don't care about the store or it's customers. They never have any original chicken. They close the dining room early because of a staff shortage. Always something crazy...very unprofessional. Cook leaves early and doesn't cook any original before leaving. They have no cook because he hasn't come in yet. Whenever I questioned what the problem was I was told by the cashier they all have second jobs. Like I'm supposed to accept that as a good excuse as to why they can't run the store as expected. If they cared about the store and their customers they would figure it out. I asked why the cook didn't plan for his early exit and prepare more chicken before leaving. After this happening 3 times in as many weeks I gave up. I did provide feedback on the KFC website regarding the problems with that location to which I received a response stating that they would be looking into it, asking with an apology and coupons. I now drive further to the Broadway location and just don't bother...

After ordering and paying at window, we were told to please pull forward (because they had just had rush of door dash orders, so the chicken wraps would be a while to make.I found this out after waiting another 12 minutes, I go out to go inside and ask what was taking so long.) I asked for a manager to speak to, and a lady came out and I explained my dissatisfaction at the wait time, and not being informed about kitchen back up of wrap orders until I inquired. She excused her self and another male in a greasy clear apron came out,; his name was Willie he said. He told me he was the manager. He was unconcerned when I inquired about service and a long wait. He said I can't give free food every time somebody has to wait a long time. I asked for corporate number to complain, he went in back, scribbled down a number on post it , handed it to me and walked off. The chicken wraps were 50% smaller than the ones advertised on the menu, but they were delicious.I won't be going back to this location because that first experience set the bar...
