DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went to this store with my daughter. We got clothes and when I went to pay, they had a new hire ring me up and not only did she charge me twice for the same 3 shirts but she also left a magnetic tag on one of the pants. I was over charged and I went back to the store to fix the problem. The manager was extremely nonchalant about both issues. She simply made me fill out a paper with my information and told me that corporate would call me in two business days. She also took off the magnetic tag and told me okaii I don’t need anything else from you. NO APOLOGY NOTHING. As. Manager you’d think she would be more professional about the situation but she was not. As a manager you are responsible for what YOUR EMPLOYEES do but she pretty much just showed me the door. The sales associate (operator ID 6163DL) came over pretending to straighten a clothing rack and said, “You can’t try on clothes, our fitting rooms are closed.” I said, “Oh, okay. I apologize.” My friend said that there was a sign on the door stating the fitting rooms were closed—but why did it matter if I tried a blazer on OVER my dress? I asked if we were going to be able to try on shoes, to which she said yes. The sales associate was behind the counter talking on her cellphone as the other sales associate was playing games on his.
