I just wasn’t the biggest fan. The food was edible, but the main dish left a lot to be desired. Keep in mind all their food is on the salty side. I tried their catfish nuggets with coleslaw and fries as well as their funnel cake fries. The catfish nuggets just weren’t the best. The fish itself was very thin and slimy. There was a ton of gray meat as well. The breading was kind of strange and tasted very strong of cornstarch and vinegar. Some of the breading was falling off, too. Not the best. The coleslaw wasn’t any better. It came in a very small portion. Additionally, it was super liquids and sweet. There wasn’t any creaminess. Overall not good. The french fries were actually pretty decent, though. They were crispy and cooked well. Soft on the inside. Also, the seasoning was very solid, and they gave me multiple sauces for free, which was also nice. The funnel cake fries also weren’t that good. They had this sort of strange flavor that I can only describe as “dirty fried” like there was something there before they entered the fryer. Quite greasy, not enough powdered sugar. Bland and tasted stale. All in all, the place gives cheap food, most of which seems to be somewhat sub-standard. If you really just want something cheap, it’s an okay spot, but quality is not the best. There’s not space to sit inside, too, so call in for takeout or order online.

I ordered from UberEats, so I can only comment on the food, not the restaurant itself or the service. It was REALLY good, I got a chicken tender meal, an oyster meal, and two pieces of German chocolate cake. My SO and I split the chicken and oysters so we could have some of both. They didn’t include bread in our meals as stated on the menu, other than that everything was there. The food was hot, and I loved the seasoning they put on everything. The cake was a little dry and the icing had no taste, I wouldn’t order that again. All in all, a decent meal, will definitely order from here again.

Stopped in to satisfy a fish sandwich craving. Got the cod loin sandwich, small hush puppies, extra slaw and sweet potato pie. Everything was fresh and delicious. The fish was two generous portions perfectly cooked. Crispy outside flaky inside. Fries were excellent, and I am not a fry lover. The pie was a nice, not too sweet, satisfying snack later in the evening because after eating halklf the meal, I was quite full. Got two excellent meals out of the dinner. Service was polite and prompt. The facility was very clean and I appreciated the seating while I waited.

I had the Fried Catfish dinner as recommended. Fish was tender and cooked nicely. I was not a big fan of the breading they use. I prefer a batter based breading. Not sure if this was corn flower, but it also was heavily dusted with a very salty seasoning which I found to be too much.

The fries were delicious. They had a slight batter coating but they also had a mild malted vinegar taste which went amazing with the fish.

The including slaw was fine but a tiny portion. The toast was seasoned with the same seasoning as the fish, but oddly tasted better on the toast than the fish.

I gave it four stars because 3 is too low. The quality was there but I just wasn't a fan of their breading and seasoning. I realize others may love...

Food is usually great I loved this place ate here all the time!!! I ordered a catfish sandwich today, when I got home the fish was slimy and pink. I went back for them to remake it (I didn’t take one bite I broke it in between) they said they will remake it, I waited 5 mins just for them to come back and say they won’t remake it or swap it for anything out just a refund….. now I’m still hungry and have to look for food elsewhere. Very unprofessional instead of fixing the mistake they gave the money for me to leave and I was very pleasant and respectful about it. Won’t be back ✌🏽 didn’t take any photos because ofc I didn’t want to...
