Wingstop — Restaurant in Penn Hills

Was horrible order food and paid over the phone. Came a half hour later to get my food and ask me to verify who my order was for. So I went to my car and came back show them I paid and call at 9pm. On 6-16-24. Lady went and got a guy and they wasn’t trying to get me my food. I ask for a refund told me to call customer service after I verify I paid. After countless minutes finally gave my food and was talking about me while I was at the drink station and left. I call today 6-17-24 at noon lady wasn’t trying to put a manager on the phone. This was the first time trying Wingstop. I got the limited time 25 boneless wings, large fry, 2-20oz drinks, and Cajun corn on the cob. Everything was hot and delicious. You can get 3 different flavors for the 25 wings and 3 dipping sauces. The Cajun corn definitely has a kick on it and the lemon pepper flavor is buttery and packed with flavor. Been here 3 times now, once for a chicken sandwich and twice for the 70 cent boneless wings. Each time the chicken was horribly under sauced, which made the chicken sandwich dry as hell and unpleasant, and its obvious the owner is cheap and trying to cut costs by reducing sauce consumption. I bought ranch with each order and paid $1.50 per cup for them to be barely half full. Owner must be a cheap penny pincher and its embarrassing. Not worth going to at all, and I'm not returning unless I hear of a change...
