Boomerang Office Furniture — Attraction in Pennsauken Township

I will never use these guys again. Glad other folks had a good experience with them, because mine was terrible. Although, judging by the fact that all the previous reviews were done within a week period, I suspect they might have had some help. Anyway, I bought a conference table from them which was supposed to come with a center box to go in the large, pre-cut hole in the middle of the table. They "couldn't find it" when I bought the table, but promised to drop it off by the end of the week. A couple weeks went by and I emailed them - same thing, would have it by the end of the week. The rep finally showed up with "the box" - a superglued piece of plastic flashing, not the box they said was included. After hounding the rep, he finally admitted it was something they "invented" in the back of their shop, and promised to deliver the actual box. This happened 2 more times over the course of the next few weeks, with various iterations of homemade contraptions they glued together, and the rep finally admitted they had lost the box and felt that at $200 it was too expensive to replace. Needless to say, I gave up wasting time trying to get them to do the right thing, and will never go back...

What can I say, 5 Star all the way. It starts with Katie Stefanik in sales, who could not have been more helpful, for a client opening their first office in the U.S..
