This is my second week going to this sky zone. My friend took my 8 year old, 11, 14 and there was a bully that wouldn't leave my 8 year old son alone. So it was informed to the staff on duty and they just ignored it but said they would watch out for this kid. while my son was playing in the small side, this kid that was way bigger than mine gave him a Black Eye. Staff was informed and they still didn't do anything. They didn't check cameras nothing. Didn't look for this kid or parents. Staff didn't even offer an ice pack. I know signing the waiver clears skyzone from any responsibility but this kid was bothering not just my son. THis kid posted the video of him messing with my son on facebook LIVE. My old kids went to tell him to take it down and didn't even care. The staff was told once more and they didnt do nothing. I hope the manager acts on this because the staff was not reliable.

We recently booked my son’s birthday party here and had the best experience a mother could ask for. The manager who was present on Friday, 9/20 (didn't catch her name), but she helped me get settled and even made sure my special requests were met. Management was so pleasant, and our party host (Alexis Spencer) went above and beyond. Our host helped us take pictures, passed out the food, personally made our additional orders, and helped us whenever needed. Thank you, Alexis, for being such a sweetheart and making our party an excellent experience. The activities were so fun. My family booked for ten kids, and although some kids didn't show up, management informed us we could replace those jumpers with adults, which was a blessing. And let's just say we had a blast. Thanks, Sky Zone Peroia. We really appreciate you guys!

This place is a Beta testing location and so they have had their ups and downs with policy, rules, etc. They could probably be a little more consistent, but that is all part of "working out the kinks". They WAY make up for it in the customer service they provide. The staff there is GENUINELY concerned about the kids, and in my opinion, that makes ALL the difference in the world. This is different from how it was 6 months to a year ago, so whomever is responsible for this new staff and their attitudes needs a raise! The elite plus membership is the best thing since sliced bread!! My son is 9 and the staff calls him by name (it's printed on the sticker), keeps an eye on him, and when he gets out of line, they are kind and considerate while correcting his behavior. The staff is SUPER helpful and even though the managers seem overwhelmed and pulled in many directions, they ALWAYS manage to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have had a couple of "issues" with various things and each and EVERY time, they make me feel like I am the only customer in the building and bend over backwards to make things right! Even when a problem couldn't be solved immediately, they made sure to follow up and call me with the solution! I used to hate it when my kid wanted to go "jump" because it seemed to be a lot of hassle to pay $20 for an hour of trampoline time...special socks, special shirt, having to watch closely because the staff was never paying attention, overpriced snacks, waivers every other time, waiting in line for an hour. This place has fixed that!! The price is NOW amazingly affordable, the staff is attentive and competent, the wait is NEVER more than 5 minutes even when they are packed and their new system is seamless! Now, it's my FIRST suggestion...which make everyone happy!! Thanks for all the improvements SkyZone staff! You have made this place a safe happy place where Ashbrook and his friends...

Just let me recommend one thing at the outset: come READY to jump and zip and bounce, etc. This means that everyone has used the restroom beforehand, and no one is HUNGRY or too full. I especially stress not being hungry, because there is a very tempting snack bar on the premises, but it is chronically understaffed... Don't be like me, who encouraged the kids to bring their allowance and get a snack if they got hot or thirsty while jumping... Then watched in growing dismay as, one after the other from about 30 minutes in, they spent 15+ minutes of their precious time, standing in line for a single, prepackaged ice cream... The line didn't even look that long! But it sure was slow. Anyhow, if you like my advice, let everyone know that the snack bar is off limits until jump time is over. There are drinking fountains, or you can bring your own water bottles. Or a grown up who is not paying to jump could stand in line and get their treats... Just anything but letting the jumpers waste their precious time. Aside from that, the place is pretty clean and spacious. There is a lot of seating for non-jumpers. There are free shoe racks and also paying shoe lockers (no shoes allowed on trampolines.) You must sign a waiver at the kiosks BEFORE you purchase your time. In summary, the sequence is like this: everyone arrives fed, but not stuffed. Walk in the door and go straight to the kiosk and fill in safety forms. Then stand in line and purchase time--one hour is minimum. Remove shoes and put on obligatory orange socks (did I not mention the socks? $2 each pair and they are required--not your own socks). Make sure everyone has used bathroom and knows where to find water. By then your time has probably arrived. Have fun with the kids, or recording from the walkways, and make sure you keep them from the snack bar, even if the line looks short. I hope you have...

You will have to sign a new waiver if it’s been over 6 weeks from this review, we were told they “are under new management” plan on signing a new waiver. The prices aren’t bad especially if you plan on going multiple times a month as the monthly reoccurring fee is the same as one 90 minute day pass. I’ve been to much better indoor parks in AZ with similar pricing without the auto monthly charge, I personally don’t like auto reoccurring charge. The girls bathroom had 3 soap dispensers and at 11:30 am none of them had soap. I told one of the front desk employees she just said, “oh yea, thank you” but an hour later still no soap, it didn’t appear busy. My 6 year old ask one of the employees if they worked here and she replied “No, I’m just the talent.” Then said, and I quote, “God-Lordy, yes I work here!” Hopefully your employees read this because you shouldn’t be working around kids if these questions upset you. I’d like to end on a good note, Patrick was a breath of fresh air to this place. He is fantastic! He was helping the kids learn how to do some of the obstacles and I watched him bring a little one back to her mom to explain how she got hurt. I also observed him talk to parents and children generally wanted to make sure they had a good experience. This place could be 5 stars with better customer service training and follow up with bathroom maintenance. It’s a great location, plenty of seating for watching, fun activities for toddlers to middle schoolers, and they allowed...
