Villainous Grounds — Restaurant in Perryville

My adult autistic son is a regular and the staff treat him with gr8 kindness and patience. They know everything he needs when purchasing. He goes in alone due he's high functioning. If only the rest of Perryville treated him same. Now he's buying for his new nephew bubby who is a year to get him started. My daughter and son n law and gson came for visit and my son couldn't wait to take him there. He bought his 1st Marvel comic and continues. The coffee is best in town!! I see alot of court workers going in to buy. They are right on the square and you can sit and drink many varieties of coffee and use the wifi. It's a place that reminds me of that old sitcom FRIENDS and has the decor on 1st floor the same. They sell more comic characters items and the upstairs is such an old beautiful look where you find all. The inside is most friendly and laid back place in Perryville MO. So don't miss out!! Buy your son or gson their 1st comic and keep building the collections. And each comic is in clear cover and alphabetical and they can order if you can't find that one special comic. The prices are so reasonable which makes the owner definitely into his business for the fun...

Driving through Southeast, Missouri, I needed some coffee and a “little something“, so I made a stop at Villainous Grounds.

Their coffee of the week was White Chocolate Irish Cream, and I could not resist that! It came out hot, but not so hot that I could not drink it, and it was just the right sweetness.

Their “little somethings” were a variety of muffins, scones, and cinnamon rolls. Maybe something else, but I stopped his recitation over the phone after he said “cinnamon rolls”. Another winner, but next time I will take up their offer of heating it up. At the time I wasn’t sure I was going to eat it right away, but I do love some drippy icing!

They are still take-out only, and you can either call in your order, which I did, or you can appear outside their door and they will come out to take your order. I was very happy that the young lady who came out with my goodies was wearing a mask!
