Awesome little Cupcakes and more — Attraction in Philadelphia

There’s a reason this place has 4.9 rating! My goodness. Don’t be fooled just bc there’s not a line out the door. Just had something so simple as banana pudding and blown away with about 4 different textures and almost all unique to this shop! I’m born and raised in banana pudding so I’ve had it a million ways and let’s just say this topped the charts!! Forewarned - not a place for ppl that don’t understand what it’s like and cost to run/start a small business - they are expensive but u will get what u pay for. Price was not a problem for me as the product was superior - fresh, perfectly chilled and Ms. Stephanie (owner) was a dream to talk to: just general conversation about the business, product and custom orders. Nice little corner bake shop located in the Tioga section of Philadelphia. Owner, Stephanie puts her heart and soul into this business. They offer custom cakes and cup cakes for your special occasions, except weddings. Stephanie takes the time to work with every client to provide the design they are looking for. I was here for a cake decorating class. You can bring your own snacks and drinks. They have a very nice set up. I believe they have enough room for up to about 20 people per class. Stephanie is a great instructor. She takes the time to allow you to follow her step by step. Ask her about her 82% rule!!😊 Stephanie’s place is very clean and nicely decorated. This was a great experience for me. I was very satisfied with my work of art. Before leaving, I purchased a banana cream pie and chocolate salted caramel cupcake. They were very delicious.

I had such a good time at Awesome Little Cupcakes’ cake decorating class. This is a fun activity to do with friends, family, a date, or by yourself. I went by myself and ended up making some friends. I definitely learned some techniques during the class, but don’t be fooled - Cake decorating is not easy! I need serious help with piping and getting frosting smooth on cakes so I’ll need to practice a lot more on my own. However, now, I’ve got some good techniques that I can try at home and some that I haven’t even heard in YouTube videos. I’m thinking of going again and taking my teenage son with me for some sweet family time. I do want to mention the price of the class is definitely worth it.
