My daughter and I had an awesome experience. She was getting her hair cut from waist length to above her chin. I forget the gentleman's name, but he was just amazing with my 9 year old. I had a same time appointment that had been cancelled, but they were able to squeeze me in due to a cancellation which was very nice. I also don't know the woman's name, but I believe she was the sister inlaw to the man who cut my daughter's hair. Both were very professional, friendly, and easy to conversate with. Always asking me what my wants we're, but also giving great advice on what to do as far as the cut and regular hair maintenance. She fixed my homemade covid cut, so she's a saint in my book. A lot of their products were buy one get one 50% off. I can't say for sure if they have it all the time, but every time I go in there, I end up leaving with products because they are buy one get one half-off. They even allowed me to mix and match the brand. Got a great root lifter/ volumizer redkin guts 10 foam spray which doesn't leave you crispy or give you a wax or greese like feeling. And of course some original it's a 10 Keratin which is the best stuff on earth for making your hair shine and flow with absolutely no unwanted feeling to it. Love that stuff. Will go back again. I made an appointment for 5:30pm. I walked in the salon by 5:15pm. Not one person greeted or said a word to me for 5-6 minutes I was standing at the front desk not a word. 2 workers looked when I came and in couldn’t even say hi have a seat be with you shortly RED FLAG. Was very loud hehe haha whole time still nothing said to me. It took someone to come in from dollar tree ( a worker from the salon ) with balloons to walk up and asked if I had appointment I said yes. She was said Ceecee will be with you shortly. Time went. Finally 5:51pm I get seated she didn’t bothered to apologized for the wait running into MY appointment time. Ceecee asked what I was here for today. I stated a trim washed and blow dry. She was quick to respond well I clock out and done at 6pm for the day I don’t have time for that service ! So what she going to wash and chop my hair off in less than 9 minutes to be at the computer ready to clock out 6pm?!?! Excused me when I booked my appointment I certainly always get a wash blow and trim anywhere I go if the system didn’t show up as that sorry your system didn’t accommodate my timing of service correctly. But to say I am done at 6pm?! Didn’t care for my time being wasted to even try to work with the services I was asking for . didn’t even care for me when I walk in and except me to reschedule my appointment with you to waste my time again is a JOKE.
