I would not recommend going here at all. I feel bad for writing this, but the price does not match the quality or the reviews. My dad went here once and I made the mistake of coming back. If this would have gone any better I would have recommend it to 2-3 family members. BE WARN AND PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!
I brought in a S22 Ultra in January or February for a screen replacement which I urgently needed for the work that I do and all the traveling that goes with it. I was charged almost as much as it would cost to get it done by samsung.
As soon as I received the phone I could tell something wasn't right because I was struggling to slide my finger accross the screen to enter the pattern password (Never had this happen before for so long). I kept checking out the phone and also noticed my phone was no longer detecting my S pen. So I talked to the person that was there, payed and he offered to take another look. When I came back he wasn't able to do anything so I went about my day without any type of confrontation.
After getting home (Same day) I noticed more problems... I could no longer press and hold because my screen would not detect that action for more than 2 seconds. So no pausing videos on Instagram with a hold, or press and holding to record, or playing mobile games properly. The phone bezel was also not "Original from Samsung" like the guy told me, because the bezel was larger and had wide round cornors. (My mom has the same phone so it's also easy to tell.) There was also a small dead pixel dot on the bottom right of my screen Odd thing is about 2-3 months after repair I had consistent wifi issues where I would not have mobile data wifi (most likely the wifi antenna which is what my phone provider said) So 95% of the time when I was out of my home there was no wifi so no texting, calling, maps, or music. Perfect timing post repair.

I paid 90$ dollars for the hdmi to be fix then he said I needed my hard drive replace . I was confused because it was only one thing that needed repair but , he the technician so I thought he would know more than I would. I paid for the hard drive replace which was 85$ . Then my ps4 wouldnât update because I didnât have enough storage at this point I was frustrated because now itâs a constant issue every time I go back to this person. I paid 189$ (it shouldâve been 175$) 6-12-21. I wanted my money back at this point. Each receipt on the bottom it say 7 day warranty. The storage was replace I got the update I paid another 55$ (total 244$ new ps4 270$). The guy was rude . Kept hanging up , blocked me I had to show up to the store . the customers service was poor . When I paid the first time (189$) he ask how will I pay cash or debit I paid debit . The second time I came to the store He lock me out the store and told me I wouldnât get my money back , I have him on video while this was going on . This time when I paid 6-13-21 I paid with the same debit card but this time he asked for my id which has where I live and I thought that was weird because he didnât ask me the first time . Now my ps4 turns on and off by itself . He said â your not getting your money back , I donât want to deal with people like you â hanged up and block me .    Read moreTook my phone in for a simple screen repair because it was only cracked. Although it worked fine at first, about an hour later my screen was completely unresponsive. I was unable to tap anything on the screen, brought it in the next day to have the problem fixed, now my home button no longer works. They created problems in my phone that I hadn't had prior. They don't know what they're doing, total ripoff.
(In Response to Owner) Edit: In a less polite, but truthful response. Neither had water damage, however you claimed one had water damage after it had been fixed, that was the same one that according to you, "looks like run over car". Now, that phone had been repaired by your business 3 times prior. To add, neither had problems with the home button before bringing them in. However, you somehow managed to break them while doing simple screen repairs. Overall, I had more problems after receiving my phone, than before. I'd suggest anyone who cares about the wellbeing of their electronics to look elsewhere for repairs.
(Second Response) To save people's time, I'll just be responding to the few points added. "If you have problems with screen..." We had problems with the screen, after we received the phones, one had a broken home-buttons and another had a screen that didn't work, which we brought back in, screen was fixed, home button wasn't, both now have broken home buttons. "When you bring your phone touch not even works..." False, both phones worked fine other than screen damages. You claimed "water damage" for both phones, even one that had a working home button before we brought it in a second time for the unresponsive screen. "Customer like you take adavantage of get everything free..." We never asked for anything for free, we just wanted our phone screens fixed, you created far more problems than we expected.
