• STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 0 STARS* Quite LITERALLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. MO (the owner), sam (manager) and daniel (salesperson) are all incapable of picking up a phone, have awful communication skills, will leave you on hold for 10-15 minutes and will never get back on the phone which makes you give up and hangup. They are an awful snd unorganized dealership that has nothing in order and makes false promises. I have been trying to, for a week, trade my vehicle in for one of theirs and it has been a despicable process dealing with these brain dead individuals, especially Mo the owner. He ran my credit several times but claimed to only run it once. When i literally gave him the names of the banks that he put inquiries through, he claimed he only did one inquiry, when i'm literally looking at the inquiries on experian in my face. So, he was pushing my credit through to "one bank" but several were coming up .. whatever. Regardless of that, He told me he would call me the next day to get me approved and get things going. IT HAS BEEN TWO FULL DAYS SINCE I HAVE HEARD A WORD FROM HIM ABOUT THIS TRANSACTION!!! Sam & daniel who contact me when mo is unavailable, also haven't either, they all went cold turkey right as things were about to get close to finalizing. Maybe this is a huge sign that I should move on and find another dealer FAST. Mo, daniel & sam are LAZY, INCONSISTENT, IRRESPONSIBLE & flat out annoying. Just imagine waiting 7 days for an answer on whether or not you are going to get the deal done -- meanwhile putting 10-15 other dealerships on hold because you believe this deal would go through. After spending a long, annoying day jumping from dealership to dealership I ended up walking through the door at Mayfair Imports. I was ready to buy a car, but even more ready to walk out like I had done 5 or 6 times at other places that day. Will greeted me with open arms and patiently listened while I ranted and picked through all the negatives of my experiences that day. Without hesitation he announced they had the car for me and walked me outside to check out a Nissan Altima. I didn’t buy the Nissan Altima. I was unsure, but sitting behind the Nissan was a beautiful Honda Accord coupe I knew I had to have. It was a little above my price range, but Joe and the other awesome employees were able to work out the finances in my favor. I took Home the Accord that day. After a couple of days I could feel that the brakes/rotors were a little off.
