Pa Perfect Nail Salon — Attraction in Philadelphia

They charge you up for everything!!!!!!!, I wanted a full set with gel polish(thinking ok I’m spend no more then 25$ ) and I already had a lil bit of gel polish on my nails before they started (I got charged for taken off the gel polish(mind you I had already took most of it off) 🤔) I’m thinking to myself like should’ve that came with the full set ? smh then a full set supposed to be 15 dollars .The length that start off for 15$ was as low as my actual nails ... Long story short (literally) my nails looks like I only gotten gel polish on them and they are extremely short (it doesn’t even look like I’ve gotten tips on them) I paid 28 dollars plus a dollar(29$) charge for using my card ALL SO MY NAILS CAN LOOK LIKE A HAVE GEL POLISH ON THEM ... NEVER WILL THEY GET A DIME FROM ME ...THEN I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY TALK ABOUT YOU IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE EVERY...

Horrible and over priced! I told the nail tech that the acrylic was very thick she told me it’s better thick then thin and continued to do my nails and this regarded my request to file them down more. Then she used a small pointy drill bit under my nails and got so close to my skin she cut me under my nail and didn’t stop until I pulled away. She showed the owed Lisa a design a very simple design I wanted and said it would be $70. The matte top coat was $20 extra. I opted out and went for a simple French and paid $55. Pics at attached. I have no problem for paying for quality. However, I do have a problem paying for something I didn’t ask for and not satisfied with especially when I voiced my opinion. This place is so unprofessional! They were 15 minutes late and came up with an attitude, as if this is not a business in which they are getting paid to performa service. On top of that, the ignorant Puerto Rican lady, put me out of her chair to do a Hispanic lady nails even I came first, then tried to claim the lady had an appointment even though I knew otherwise. I understand Spanish quite well. This places seems to only cater to Hispanics anyway, so if you're black or white. you may want to find another ...
