I have bought a dress from them that I wore only got the chance to wear once. As soon as I put it on, the dye on the application on the dress began to chip. I went to the store, and they told me that they aren't the one that made the dress and that they can't do anything about it. They suggested that I call the suppliers, and when I asked them to do it, they told me that they won't bother with it. To attempt to get rid of me, they told me to look at the label for the cleaning instructions, to attempt to blame me for the condition of the dress, however it was missing from the start, and I had to get the instructions from a different dress to prove them wrong. The customer service was lacking in quality and professionalism, and even though the dress cost over 300$, they did not want to talk about refunds, and wouldn't even offer me any store credit as compensation. Called ahead to see if they had a stylist on staff who could razor cut. Receptionist told me “absolutely, they had someone who could take care of me. I arrived early and stylist was busy doing a color - which was totally fine. Explained to her the look and cut I wanted (which I’ve had for a couple of years) and showed her a picture; told her specifically that I preferred razor cut to avoid lines, UNLESS she could absolutely do it with scissors without making lines. She chose scissors and immediately cut my hair too short and... made lines. Fantastic Sam’s level quality at best. She charged me $15; half-price because she jacked my hair.
