An enchanting place on the waterfront, beautifully grungy hideaway former waterfront dock that serves as a “museum” for graffiti of all kinds, from tagging to small graffiti pieces under a railroad bridge. I was able to climb a tree to get on top of the roofing I guess up to the docking area where the boats would back in some chain type thing and track that I guess the boats would use wasn't familiar with it.
