If I could give zero stars I would . First time here and the lady almost took my whole nail off with the acrylics (with the buffer) ( Rushing ) She cut me a few times with the drill was on the phone the whole time talking on the phone she couldn’t focus on my nails and multiple times cut me with the drill she she threw my hands around she was ruff even after I told her to relax. She left gel on my cuticles and residue of products under my nails on my skin . She gave me an attitude when I asked specifically what I was being charged for because I was told a different price at the door by another worker . I like the nail shape I’m happy with that but I was not happy with the service . When she gets to painting my nails she leaves most of my tips showing and she claims she gave me French and what she left me with is not French my nail tips should not be showing the lines are uneven .if your using clear gel, then you follow the line of the natural nail color . My middle finger nail has lifting ( not glued all the way )which isn’t good my nail won’t last long due to residue being able to get in . The pictures don’t even do it justice they look worse in person because I can see all the things wrong with the set up close. after she painted my nails and did a top and final coat, she files the sides and the tips taking off most of the polish. I wouldn’t complain to pay 45 for a French set if I actually got French smh never will come here I still paid because she did a job but no need to get an attitude with customers who want to be sure and gives critique for something they are paying for Not a good experience at all No one wants to go to a nail salon and be cursed out in another language ( from her body language and tossing of the pen and receipt towards me while talking to another tech) . I don’t understand the reviews are pretty good and most of the nails look really good But my experience and my overall finish of my nails I am very unsatisfied . I am a practicing nail tech and I actually have to go home and fix them. Sally’s you can reply to this review but it’s OK. I will not be going back. If you are new, please avoid this place because it seems as though they like to take advantage of those who are new to the salon maybe it was just her but bad first experience. ( I put a picture of a basic French to show the difference of what I expected ) I did not show them this picture of what I desired to have on my nails, but come on for French. Do you really need one?sorry for...

SO when I first started going on here they was very nice service was great a little pricey but the service was good.... fast forward till last Friday 4/12/24 ... Thursday evening I go there and they tell me the wait is not long however I still ended up waiting almost 2 hrs to be serviced .. I asked for Julie to do my services she did my nails and lashes and sally did my eyebrows I was satisfied with my service , I go home to take a shower and get ready for bed because I have funeral service to attend ... both my eye lashes was hanging off barley handging on about to fall off this has never happened to me before .... so I go to SALLY:S the next morning and ask them to do my eyelashes over I do not know what's going on and this has never happened. JULIe explains that the Owen sally has ordered a new brand type of glue to lashes and that was prolly the issue, however she will redo them but if they come off tonight that's not here problem .. so I said lashes are $40 dollars which is enough money not to wasted so if she is not sure they will last then just give me a refund.. which should have not been a problem is the lashes coming off was not my fault.... Sally told Julie because she serviced me she had to refund me out of her pocket (which was not my problem either ) JULIE got mad and very ignorant and decided to tell me she would never service me anymore ... attitudes was disgusting and confusing because this is not my fault that they decided to use a different glue I even offered to run to the hair store to get some glue .... BUT YEA DONT GO there THEY ARE OVER PRICED UNPROFESSIONAL AFTER THEY TOOK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TREATING PPL WITH RESPECT GOES ALONG WAY...

First time at Sally’s, I was attended than none other than Sally herself. She is a sweet amazing woman, she took care of me from the moment I walked in. I came in for a pedi + acrylic nails. I paid $35 for regular pedi but they do offer other options. And $50 for the acrylic toe nails. Sally was very through and did not skip out on anything. Again, she and her staff were very sweet. The best customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I also went in for a full nails set which was $50 (+$8 for French tip) I love how they were able to recreate the designs I wanted from a reference. I give their craftsmanship a 4/5 🤩

The only thing I would recommend is updating their hours. On the door and in the salon it’s posted they close at 7pm but online says 8pm. But even then! The staff still took people coming in between 6:50-7:30pm, they did not turn anyone away! I was almost done when a few more clients came in. They did turn away one client because she wanted a pedi and refill but not even a second later they called her back in to get her what she needed. Again, the staff is so friendly. I do ask to be patient with them as English is not their first language. They are sweet and hardworking people. I loved the small talk! Will come again for nails from now on! They...
