Serrano Unisex Beauty Salon — Attraction in Philadelphia

This place is now called Monkey Barbershop and it's horrible. I've been there on two separate occasions. The first time was for New Years eve and the guy who was cutting my hair was blatantly drinking in front of me while cutting! They've on a few occasions have smoked a hookah outside in front of the shop. I don't care what they smoke but to do it outside where children and potential customers might see it is completely unprofessional.
