If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked an apartment through Air BnB and were so hopeful that this would be a great place to stay while we sought medical care for our daughter (we are not from Philly). Unfortunately, our vehicle was significantly vandalized in the across apartment lot, which was supposed to be monitored by video cameras in place. I tried calling, leaving messages, and emailing to inquire about the footage with no response. Yes, we involved the police and insurance, but the lack of care and response on behalf of the apartments was wrong. We were also told by multiple other residents that vandalism routinely happens in this parking lot - and is it monitored? Disgusting. This should not happen. I highly recommend to potential renters to look elsewhere. The lack of care on behalf of the apartments and the Air BnB host were unacceptable. Don’t do it!

I just moved out after being leased for a year from 2023-24. Not worth the price. They only have 2 trash cans for each floor, and it would tend to pile up often. sometimes 6-7ft high and i’m not exaggerating. imagine having to walk passed that to get to your apt everyday. probably explains why i couldn’t get rid of the ROACHES in my apt. There was a 3 week span where my carbon monoxide detector kept going off. I put in mutiple work request to have my appliances looked at, but they never came. it smelled like weed often. The gym is very disorganized. they have good cardio machines but everything else is broken/missing pieces. They switched to a new autonomous laundromat and half the time it didn’t work. I’m was paying almost 1700$ for a 1 bedroom apt and i still had to pay for laundry and parking. there’s probably more i’m forgetting.

This place is terrible and so unprofessional. It gets to a point dude. It’s 11 floors in this building and it’s one elevator working on the B side, they’ve left this one broke for about two days now. It’s 6-10 people waiting to get on elevator. It has been like this for days, and they did nothing. The water is dirty in the drains, your parking spot will be taken then towed if you park somewhere else , the trash gets to over flowing for days on floors making the floor smell terrible and they do nothing about it. Spend your money else where I promise you this place isn’t worth it. And they don’t clean up after pets at all.

This place is quite frankly the best version of bait and switch. They'll do a tour the day the building looks nice or take you to specific floors of the building that are not utterly foul. First the laundry situation is so incredibly terrible. It makes me hate living here. A majority of the time you go to use the machines half will not be working or they'll appear to be working; however, you cant get the app or machine on the wall to cooperate, leaving you either A with no machine to use when you are trying to do your laundry or B it takes your money and the machine does not work. Next the condition of the laundry facility 9 times out of 10 disgusting. Second terrible thing about living here is the trash room, they have trash cans that do not accommodate for the amount of trash that piles up in the room. Additionally, the trash bins do not even fit in the room you have to slam the door shut to get it to close which leaves the hall smelling like trash a majority of the time because people don't slam the door. also this trash will pile up like outside the room for days without anyone coming to get it. this ties into the condition of the apartment complex as a whole. It seems as though they just cannot keep up with the volume and size of people they claim to be able to accommodate. one example is the trash piling up another example is messes around the building that will go left for days. I am a close apartment to where the wood floors start in the halls and for a solid 4-5 days I was stepping over this disgusting spill in the hall couldnt even figure out what it was. Third thing that makes living in this building a nightmare is the local care thieves that like to rummage through cars each and every night. I would highly recommend just leaving your car unlocked and taking everything in with you every night because they will break your window and replacing a car window is just so incredibly foul. Overall this place totally sucks I hate living here the laundry situation is just absolutely rancid, and just the overall atmosphere of this establishment is foul, I truly despise living here and if there were an option to break the lease without the lovely folks in the leasing office running my pockets I would've been gone. I highly recommend not signing the lease DO NOT LIVE HERE IT...

Save your money and live somewhere else! The office staff is incompetent and impossible to get a hold of. When you do, they make it seem like they care about your issues, but still do nothing to solve them. I’ve experienced three different managers in the year I have lived here, and each one has been worse than the last. I have been in contact with the current manager multiple times about mice in my apartment and he has assured me that it will be taken care of, and even told me he would come to my apartment and speak to me directly about my problems, but left me waiting around all day. My apartment is still infested and has been for a month. Clearly having an extermination company only come once a week to set traps and bait isn’t doing much. It also doesn’t help that the trash rooms are piled high each day, most times overflowing. Taisha sent me someone else’s lease before my move in last year, and has been less than kind or welcoming in any of the times I’ve had to speak to her regarding issues at the building. The amenities are nice when they’re open - but the pool was open a month late this summer, and was closed on random days without notice from management. There are strangers who do not live here sneaking into the building and using the pool. The door to my side of the building has been broken for weeks, causing an extreme safety hazard, as it’s right next to the main entrance. The reviews also can’t be trusted, as a lot of them are from people who have only toured the building, and do not live here. They seriously impress you on the tour and show you a mock apartment on a clean floor so you do not see the reality of living here. One of the only positives is the amazing cleaning / maintenance man who wears the baseball cap - he does more work than anyone in the office combined, and is seriously under...

I GIVE ZERO STARS! NONE!

This complex is a Complete Disaster all the way around, DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE, I’m warning you!

Staying there was a damn nightmare, thank Goodness it was temporary while my house was being built b/c I would NEVER! The front office staff has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered they all need some sort of training. They act concerned, but it’s all just a facade ALL OF IT! Once you sign the lease, you’re on your own.

The building is old, and despite a few superficial upgrades, it’s falling apart. There are roaches and even mice in the units. The trash shoots don’t work, the plumbing is bad and the heat from the mini splits have a mind of their own. To make matters worse, vehicle vandalism is very common around there, and when you report it, the front office still wont let you view security footage even if you have the police with you, they stall you out, they make things very difficult and send you on a wild goose chase b/c they don’t want to deal with the issues, they’d rather inconvenience you more then you already are.

They act like they care but their arrogance say otherwise, they lack empathy. It’s clear they’re overwhelmed and cannot handle the number of problems residents are facing and this is why they can’t keep a front office staff.

Dont get sucked into the fake professionalism & smiles & sign the lease, B/c if you do, good luck dealing with anything there. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To the front office or whoever reply’s please save your condescending fake response to try and save your horrible reputation, because those that have had to deal with you know you are all full of it …. So Save It, and go help...
