Trio Delight on Wayne — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This place has always been the best place to eat. Period. I especially love their breakfast they are French toast is impeccable their eggs are always perfect and they're hot turkey sausage done to.perfection. There are many breakfast places that don't even sell grits or don't do them correctly this place gets it right every time! Not only IS THE FOOD GREAT! The place is clean. The cooks, the staff and the managers are all experienced professionals they know what they are doing. They have great customer service they get your order correct and even if they make a mistake they are honest and quick to fix it. I appreciate establishments like this because not only do they keep you coming back they keep you Telling others about it and that is the best way to keep a small businesses alive... by word-of-mouth.

I love This place I live in New Jersey and I still travel to this place when I want a great breakfast. I do not mind the 45 minute travel to this place it's small and stature but big in quality

Food is usually cooked accordingly to what I want. For an establishment that has specific rules like "a customer that orders to go, cannot sit in the eating area because the customer didn't order for in". Nothing wrong with rules but MAKE SURE THEY ARE WRITTEN IN PHYSICAL AND IN A PUBLIC PLACE WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN SEE. I have never went to a place and was told I can't sit in the eating area when I just bought food. The waitress Erica made up this rule because I'm a woman and I'm not there to tip. If I was a man I'm sure I would have received different reacrions. Any establishment never turns down the people staying longer on the premises. I ordered on the phone a half hour before i got there. When i got there the order was wrong and then instead of the waitress coming over and talking to me she yelled over the counter and was really rude. When i told her how rude she was she laughed and walked away i asked to speak to the owner the owner wasnt in and come to find out she is the manager. So when i asked to speak to someone higher then her she said she not aloud to give that information out. It was soo unprofessional and the food wasnt cooked well either. I will no longer go back to them ever again sorry but if im spending money i deserved to be treated with respect. I would think twice before going here to eat i would get better service at burger...
