I recently had the pleasure of taking my sons to the Chop Shopp for their haircuts, and I cannot express how wonderful our experience was. What truly stood out was Pablo's remarkable patience and kindness, especially with my young sons. My kids can be quite fidgety and sometimes apprehensive during haircuts, but Pablo was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to talk to my sons, making them feel comfortable and at ease.Moreover, Pablo demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail while working on my sons' hair. TL:DR I want to preface this with the people were nice and the prices were good. However, arguably the worst haircut I've received in a LONG time.

Big red flag for me was that there was a chair to which the mirror didn't extend, so the barber can't really see what he was or wasn't doing correctly. Another red flag is that the haircut was too quick. Usually, if I go to a place I'm not familiar with, they take their time. In was in and out of the chair in like 10 mins.

I went in to get a fade and this haircut was just bad. My fade wasn't blended at all. It looks like I have two different haircuts from the top and the sides, And the sides are uneven. My hairline was done very poorly until I pointed it out to the guy. Would like to go back and get it fixed, but I'm worried it might...

Payment The inconvenience of no credit cards for payment is weird for no days when people barely carry cash.

Service The times I took my son there i was not pleased yet I tried to give a chance , the last cut it was for the most part okay but it had to actually be fixed . The barber was messy , my son had hairs all over his sweater and shaving cream around his neck still. Between clients the barber did not broom and it was very gross .
