AZ Best Jumps — Attraction in Phoenix

Very frustrating experience. We rented a bounce house a month in advance. Yesterday it was supposed to be delivered by 1:45pm. After 2pm nothing was delivered so I called multiple times. The call kept going to voicemail. Thankfully we had a different number that had been texting us with updates earlier in the week reminding us of our rental. We called and someone answered. The lady told us she would call the driver and see where he was at. She could not get ahold of him. Finally around 3pm she got ahold of him and apparently there was a mistake and the driver had tried bringing the bounce house to the wrong house. Because of this the driver went back to their hub and dropped it off. The lady told us this happened and I was understanding until she gave us the run around about them still bringing it to us. She said they could drop it off around 5pm but for the same price and no partial refund. Mind you, our rental was $250 from 2pm to 7pm. I argued about getting a partial refund but she refused. She did offer a full refund but then my son would have no bounce house that he had been really looking forward to. She claimed no refunds were in the contract yet was willing to give us a full one but not a partial. So, we ended up paying the full amount for just 2 hours. I see there are lots of positive reviews for this company but I just wanted to express my negative experience. We personally will not use this company ever again. And note to the Managment... If you make a mistake, please make it right moving forward. People shouldnt have to deal with this type of...

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for 2 jump houses, 3 generators and 16 sandbags for a community event on Saturday, October 30th. The extra generators were to power two movie screens and projectors for a movie and gaming event. They were supposed to setup at 4pm for an event that started at 5. I placed several calls to Linda the owner with no answer when they did not show up. The number goes to a cell phone with a mailbox that is full. Finally received a call at 4:45 from a man who asked us if we still wanted the jump houses. I asked why they were late and he said he thought they were supposed to be there at 5. I asked what time does it say on the contract and he replied that he had not read the contract. I asked if he had all the stuff and he said he just had the bounce houses and one generator. So he said he would hustle and get it right over. I placed multiple calls back to the owner and to the guy who called me and they would pick up and then hang up on me. Finally received a text two hours later saying they were on their way. Needless to say they still did not show. Still have not heard from the company with any type of apology, accountability or refund.

If you like wasting money and ruining the evening for 200 people in you community then by all means call Linda and her team. If you want to use a reputable company that will show up then please save yourself the trouble and call...

From beginning to end, acquiring an amazing waterslide from these delightful people was an absolutely fabulous experience! At the last minute we ordered the biggest waterslide in NM.😮 The process was easy and quick. The crew who set it up and took it down was friendly and professional. The awe and joy it brought to our party was priceless. Even I, a 67 year old lady with a bad knee, went down it! Twice! And I have the video to prove it! But watching the children run up and slide down continuously for the entire event was the best! We can hardly wait for the next excuse to do business with this wonderful company again!
