Az Jolly Jumpers — Attraction in Phoenix

We rented an interactive game from this company. Overall, I’d say it was a huge ripoff and we wouldn’t use them again. We asked for a specific game to be delivered to Tucson.

The delivery address was about 100 miles away. Even at $2 per mile, that would still only be $200 each way. They charged us $750. I totally get it if this was a huge box truck or a large bounce house - but it wasn’t. This small game is super light and easily fits in the back of a van.

The website then offered a guaranteed 1-hour delivery window. This was for a conference so we ponied up and paid the extra $250 for a guaranteed delivery time. I received a call stating the unit would be delivered in 30 minutes. Perfect! Not so much. Nobody showed and then 1.5 hours later I receive a text stating they are 35 min away. Zero acknowledgement and they still took our $250. (I also pre-tipped them $100 to ensure everything would run smoothly). In retrospect, I would have tipped them zero.

This game rental is depicted on their website with attractive signage on a nice small format professionally skirted table with branding. That is not what showed up. It was just the plain game on a giant un-skirted 8’ collapsible table that wouldn’t even fit in our area. I had the driver remove their table and I rented a new table with skirt, just so the game looked professional.

The event end time was written our contract as 3:30pm on a Saturday - nobody showed up to pick it up until the next day. Zero communication.

At the end of the day we paid $2,000 to use this for a couple hours. It goes without saying that of course at the end of all this, they also hit us with that pesky credit card “processing fee”.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party yesterday and it was lit 🔥 thank you AZ JOLLY JUMPERS!! 😇🫶🏾💕🙌🏾🙏🏾 This was my first time doing something like this. Expensive AF but worth my babygirl happiness. The only thing I would’ve done differently is book it later. Y'all show up too early (at 8am) but when I booked she said delivered between 8am-10am for delivery so that leaves room for a different expectation. I booked it for 10am-4pm slot and I definitely couldn’t afford to pay y’all an extra fee to show up at exact booking time. I think that part of the process is unnecessary. It was up in 15minutes, very quick and easy. I starved until I was able to get someone to watch it so I could go back home and shower and that was brutal. But whatever, I pushed through it and made my baby happy and as a parent that’s all we really care about anyway. I will be back though because I did it dry and while that was cool and fun, I want to experience it wet and in the summertime. So I’ll be booking again in July 2025.

Side note: if you do it dry and on grass then socks need to be off as well. Kids kept their socks on and tracked so much debris from the grass.

This is the second time we have rented from Jolly Jumpers. We rented the Princess combo jumper, kids table and chairs, and a cotton candy machine. The reservation process was super easy and their response time was fast when I had questions. The drop off and pick up were a breeze and they came in the time frame provided. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the bounce house came dirty. It had a lot of grass and sand inside that my husband spent over an hour vacuuming and wiping down dust and dirt before our guests arrived. This was not our experience the first time. It says they clean and disinfect each bouncer before the next use, but this one for sure got missed. I had emailed them right after they came to set it up and provided photos but no response. When the man came to pick up he asked if all went ok and I told him that it was dirty and he said “I’m sorry” and left. It would’ve been nice if they offered a discount for all the work we had to do to make it useable. That being said, I would rent from them again, I would just make sure to be there to inspect the bouncer before they left to make sure it was clean, and if not, have them stay...
