Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Phoenix

I came to drive through on Saturday July 12th around 10:50 pm. Upon pulling up to the drive through speaker I announced I was picking up an uber delivery and stated the customersp name. The employee stated the order was not ready. I said okay can I order a fry? She said no please pull forward to the window thank you and turned off the headset. There was no one behind me and two cars in front of me. When I got to the window I asked for a manager. Rudely she said there’s no manager right now. I said you know it was rude of you to not take my order. She said if you’re picking up an order you cannot order because you’re holding up the line. THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND ME AND THE UBER ORDER WAS STILL NOT READY AFTER WAITING ON THE TWO DRIVERS IN FRONT OF ME TO PULL OFF. I asked her name. She rolled her eyes and said Malissa. She did not come back to the window and was laughing to another co worker as if she were happy about the awful customer service she just displayed. That co worker saw my frustration and brought me the orders drinks and eventually the customers order. She was polite and friendly. I find it awful you have such a childish young woman working drive through when you cannot access the inside and there is no manager onsite, forcing customers to accept such behavior. I reached out to a very polite on site mgr at a Scottsdale location and she said that it is not how an employee is to treat a customer and for her to have said that was incorrect. She then apologized for that worker. I was a customer just as the uber order was. You did not get my business this evening because of your unprofessional worker. The behavior I witnessed this evening is unacceptable customer service and unprofessional behavior. As a popular business it should be taken serious and there should always be a manager on site to monitor such behavior and hold her accountable. Your ghetto behaving employee has lost your business my business. I will not accept any deliveries from there and I most definitely will not be returning...

I ordered two of the jalapeno double cheeseburgers when I got to the window there was no cars whatsoever at the establishment but the worker asked me to park I told the worker no that there was no one behind me then I got my food about 5 minutes later and went home when I got home and took a bite of my food my burger was soggy and nasty everything was hanging off of it like they just threw it together to get me out of there when I try to call them back and tell them I wanted my money back or my order replaced nobody answered the phone whatsoever the whole time I was driving from 35th and Buckeye all the way to 27th and Thomas never did anyone pick up the phone when I got there both the cook and the cashier were in the bathroom together when I ask for the manager's name and number the worker Iris is the name that was on my receipt she refused to give me her name and was not wearing a name tag she said her name was on the receipt refused to give me the managers number told me to call back or come tomorrow the worker continue to argue with me telling me I was making her job harder I will never ever eat another Carl's Junior hamburger or Hardee's hamburger again as long as they have people like this working in their establishment and I'm pretty sure sex on the job is not a...

The staff at this location are rude & unprofessional. Forget it if they think you are homeless because they treat the homeless like scum. You would think that the homeless were roaches invading there restautant. Even though I visited this location when I was homeless, I was still always a paying customer but that didn't matter they were still very rude to me. They practically shooed me out the door as soon as I was done eating my meal. They are also very dirty!! Both the women's & men's restrooms were atrocious!! I don't think they clean them very often. There was one night I accidentally left a soda lid sitting on top of the hand dryer right before closing; when I came back by around 1:00pm the next day the soda lid was still sitting in the same spot.
