I had an outstanding experience at Banner Imaging’s Arcadia - Camelback location. Given the limited parking near the entrance and the walking distance from the garage, the complimentary valet service is a thoughtful amenity that makes the check-in process seamless. I was able to pull up, hand over my keys, and proceed directly into the building with ease.

I visited for an X-ray and was immediately guided to the imaging area. The front office staff were warm and professional, and the waiting area offered ample, comfortable seating. My appointment check-in was handled promptly—they quickly located my appointment, requested my imaging order (I highly recommend bringing a paper copy even if it’s been entered in the system), and confirmed my insurance. After settling my balance, I was seated for only a brief moment before being called back.

I would recommend scheduling an early morning appointment, as the environment was quiet and the process very efficient. The technician who escorted me explained the steps clearly, and during the X-ray, Tracey was especially kind and engaging. She provided clear instructions throughout, informed me of when to expect my results, and ensured I exited the facility with ease.

The facility itself is impressive, with architecture that enhances the overall patient experience. My only recommendation would be to provide disposable bags for patients changing into gowns. As I had not brought a purse, it was inconvenient to carry personal items and clothing across the hall, and having a bag available would have made the process more comfortable and discreet.

My first time at this Banner location. I was greeted very kind and courteous. I arrived at 118F weather outside to extremely clean and cool inside. There is cold filtered water to fill your water container up with. I was extremely overheated and that water saved me from passing out. I was brought into a room where you undress and you store your belongings in a personal locker and your own passcode you create. The staff was so kind to me. As I entered the imaging I was greeted with a smile. The xray technician explained each step and answered any questions I had. I completed 3 x-rays on the most comfortable bed and they put you in a wider MRI machine than the hospital has. They let you choose your own music and explain the sounds of loud clicking you'll hear as they perform the scans. I told her I might need a break in between. She let me take a break after my brain scan. You lay on a plastic sleeve of a half helmet then they add the top helmet on and ask if you want a mirror to see your feet. I said, I'm ok. Then she eased me into the MRI machine. I was very comfortable on the soft board you lay on. Within 30 minutes I was done. I undressed from the scrubs they provided and got dressed. This was a very nice facility. There is a lot of parking if you drive around the building. When I entered, I could easily determine where to go sign in. The ladies at the front were very friendly. They answered any/all of my questions.

After signing in, the technician came out to get my prep started for the test, which required more waiting in the waiting room. She was very nice about it and answered my additional questions.

The waiting area was decorated for Easter which was nice to look at. There were plenty of seats for waiting. The restroom was used and it was clean in good upkeep.

When I had my test, there was a new technician and I could tell she was learning. I was very patient with her and small chat to keep at ease. The procedure was explained to me before and during so there were no surprises. I requested a CD of the test and they were able to accommodate my request without hassles. I would recommend...
