Bonita Fashion — Attraction in Phoenix

Horrible service. The two women working at this location at 7:00 pm on August 25th proceeded to go e me attitude the entire time I was there. First stopping me while i shopped to take the clothes out of my hands to put the hanger back on a pair of pants that I took off when I removed the pants from the rack. I informed the lady that it was not necessary to do so that I was buying it she informed me that it doesn't matter if I think that and this is their policy. After I went to grab a top 20 feet away from the door the same lady said something said to the other young girl and they both ran to the door as of I was going to steal the clothes. At this point I am utterly insulted. I wanted to throw the pants on the ground and push a rack over as I storm out but I didn't because I thought if I did that they would think their actions were justified which in no way they were I was very polite the entire time I was there. I am well dressed as well so they should have no reason to judge me like that. So I proceeded to buy the clothes. I do not want these clothes they will sit in the bag. Absolutely Disgusting Behavior – Avoid This Place

I was literally about to shop here—yes, HERE first—before heading to the store next door. As I’m parking, the owner (an older Asian woman, probably in her 60s) starts flipping out for no reason. She’s mouthing off, making wild hand gestures, and then has the nerve to flip me off. So yes, I matched her energy right back. Don’t dish it if you can’t take it.

Let’s be clear: the parking lot is not owned by Bonita Fashion. There were no signs claiming it’s exclusive. So even if I wasn’t going to shop there (which I was), she still had no right to act like a bully over a public parking spot.

If this is how she treats potential paying customers—aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional—imagine how she treats people inside the store. I won’t ever be back, and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before supporting a business run by someone with no respect or...

I was in Friday Nov. 25th, 2022 I was literally ripped off by the cashier. I believe it was the owner she was an older Chinese women. How sad that you run a business that way. Unfortunately I did not realize til I was changing to leave my house that night. I got a plush sleeveless cardigan listed at $15.99 she charged it at $24.99. I got a belt she charged it at the listed price has the nerve to remove the item then add it back at a high price. She might have overcharged my boots too but I was soo annoyed I didn’t even check & I didn’t have time to go back but I will be telling anyone I know about my experience.

It’s not even about the amount it’s about the morals & professionalism of a business!!!! How shady of people to think that’s okay.
