I love the fact that the only routine I encounter at BBFit MidTown is showing up at a certain time and working out for 50 minutes. All of the trainers ive taken instruction from have been very knowledgable and helpful to myself and others within their class. My body has changed quite a bit since ive began a few months ago and im very pleased with my progress. -- If I can suggest one thing, that would be to display what parts of the body will be the target for the class on the app, allowing the user to make a choice as to whether or not they'd like to participate. from personal experience, ive found myself to be hindered in performing my other physical activities (tennis) quite a few times due to overworking of certain areas while attending these classes. Workouts are always challenging but easily modifiable, depending on any injuries or fitness levels. Read moreThe gym itself is fine. No issues with the actual exercise. Leaving, however, has been an absolute nightmare. I had to leave due to financial reasons (which I made very clear). For my last month, I asked for the card on file to be changed. It got billed to the original card twice, requiring me to collect cash refunds from them. After that, I was told by the owner both cards had been deleted and were unable to be charged anymore. How surprised was I, then, when two weeks later they decide to charge the card I told them to switch to, then admit they always had access to my card info and couldn’t delete it.
