Sadly this place isn’t good. The nail tech doing nails was a little condescending in asking questions about my feet OUT LOUD. asking if I had an ingrown or what the heck did I do to my nails. Asked her to file my toes during pedicure because she had a plan of her own to clip them and make them rounded and uneven. Then when it came to my pedicure she asked what I did to my finger because it’s all messed up. I actually have ptsd and chip at the skin of my fingers which is why I went in for a manicure as well this lady was very rude and to top it off they charge so much money for the bare minimum. Based on how they charge my best recommendation is Aria nail salon you will get what you pay for and get great service. Don’t waste your time coming here.

My daughter got her nails done yesterday and this was their interpretation of the picture she showed them. Excluding the fact that it looks nothing like the picture, the nail art they provided is sloppy and uneven. This is the second bad manicure we have received since the salon changed owners. I want to love this place as I’ve been going for 7 years and adore the original staff. The prices have increased, the quality has gone down and it’s common for them to juggle you between staff during your appointment.

I was unable to get into The Stash House where I have gone for almost 2 years. I asked for a single color gel manicure. Within days the started to chip and now just over a week almost every mail is chipped. My gel pedicure completed by At Elle Nails is over a month old without a chip. I would not return and do not recommend. Zero stars.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Actually the worst nail experience I have ever had. My sister and I had at appointment at 3 and were not seated until 3:45. Once they began, my tech was running around working on 5 other clients at the same time. I’m writing this review with my nails not even halfway done while my tech is starting on a NEW client. I would have rather been told they were overbooked, this is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, everyone here is in a bad mood because they have been waiting so long and the general vibe is very negative. I would not recommend this place ever. Grand Nails Lounge or literally any other nail place would be better. I only came here because Grand Nails was full. I understand they are busy, but they should communicate that- it’s okay to turn...

Do Not recommend the place .Was overcharged .Was quoted 64 and in the end asked for 130 dollars .The boss said was because I asked for gel and chrome .She should have explained that would be extra not 66 dollars on top Called her next morning for a breakdown of the price ,she shouted down the phone ,could not explain the extra charge and faltered through it all ,Saying that gel was extra 15 and chrome was extra 15 dollars which would take it to 94 dollars not 130 . I was charged an extra36 dollars .Spoken to very rudely by the lady boss .Place is not clean, the appliances used are not sterilized after use ,Place is not sanitized after each client Avoid the place .Rude ,inefficient and make up their prices...
