UPDATE: As a devoted Gold member of Starbucks for well over a decade, my recent experiences have unfortunately fallen short of the high standards I've come to expect from this renowned coffee chain.
Following my earlier email to District Manager Barrios about the freezing temperatures at the 7th St and Thunderbird store, I regret to report that despite my efforts, no corrective actions were taken. The uncomfortable 66-degree Fahrenheit chill persisted, disrupting what was once a comforting atmosphere.
To compound my dismay, today's encounter furthered my disappointment. Ordering a bagel, I found myself recounting the previous refrigeration issue. However, instead of an earnest attempt to rectify matters, I faced indifference and an apparent lack of concern from the staff.
As someone deeply invested in the Starbucks experience and its reputed quality service, these recurring incidents are disheartening. It's distressing to witness the erosion of the welcoming ambiance and the lack of responsiveness to customer concerns.
While my loyalty to Starbucks remains rooted in years of positive experiences, the recent neglect of issues and the disinterested response during my latest visit paint a concerning picture.
I hope for a swift resolution to these issues and a reinstatement of the warmth and dedication to customer satisfaction that I've come to associate with Starbucks.

The girl only used one gift card and gave both back and put the balance on my debit. I assumed since there was 5.00 on one 2 on the other and 2 something on my debit my drink order was for a venti. She gave me a grande and never told me she rang me up for a grande not a venti like i had ordered and didn't use the 2$ gift card balance so when i told her it was wrong, I waited 5 minutes only to get the same grande in a 3/4 venti cup. I told her it wasnt ok so they just put more whip on it and tried to give it to me again. After 10 plus minutes I asked for my money back. I've never had an issue at any Starbucks before. When the girl got her manager to refund the money she offered to make the drink herself but after all that I didn't want it and even if I had waited I would have been late to work. When I pulled up the window to pay for my items. 2/4 items were incorrect. I had ordered 2 coffee frappes with whipped cream. I know the coffee frappes donโt come with whipped cream so I ask upon ordering my drinks for it to be added. When I got my drinks they had caramel syrup on the whipped cream and the baristas and manager argued with me stating that the coffee frappe comes with whipped cream and caramel syrup and they do not on the Starbucks website. They took the drinks back and made new ones and once again they were wrong. They had no whipped cream even though I had asked for it a second time.They were so rude about the whole situation and I am very upset. The manager is supposed to be professional and she was the rudest of them all. She was shoving the frappes in my face with a disrespectful tone saying if there is anything else they could do for me.
