I recently had the pleasure of dining at Xolo Mexican Restaurant, and it was an experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant, inviting atmosphere that perfectly sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
The decor at Xolo is both stylish and authentic, combining traditional Mexican elements with modern touches. The ambiance is cozy and lively, making it an ideal spot for both casual dining and special occasions.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu at Xolo is a delightful journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Mexican cuisine. I started with their freshly made guacamole, which was bursting with flavor and accompanied by perfectly crisp tortilla chips. For my main course, I opted for the carne asada tacos, and they were nothing short of spectacular. The meat was tender and juicy, seasoned to perfection, and served with a side of vibrant, zesty salsa that added just the right amount of kick.
One of the standout features of Xolo is their commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Every dish I tried was a testament to this dedication, with flavors that were both bold and nuanced. The portions are generous, ensuring that you leave both satisfied and eager to return.
The service at Xolo is another highlight. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They were more than happy to offer recommendations and ensure that every aspect of my meal was enjoyable.
I also had the pleasure of trying one of their signature margaritas, and it did not disappoint. It was expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and the ideal complement to the meal.
In summary, Xolo Mexican Restaurant is a true gem. Whether you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine or new to it, you’ll find something to love here. The combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes Xolo a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings.

Read moreWe had a group of 10 of us. Thought it would be fun to try this new place. We all had coupons for 20% off and a $2.00 margarita. The food was ok, service was meh. But the kicker? the waitress informed us there would be a 20% gratuity because there were 10 of us. (not mentioned anywhere), even though we were paying on separate bills. Nobody got a receipt. No receipt was offered. Food came out at all different times. The waitress never came back to refill our water. Later that week, we all got together to discuss our bills. The waitress never took the 20% coupon off our dinners. We did get our $2.00 margaritas. But one of the people in our group was recharged the next day for a bigger amount after signing the original amount that evening. He called and was told by the assistant manager that they would call him back in an hour or so. He called again the next day. They had charged him an extra $15.00 for a drink he did not order. Strangly sketchy. That charge was removed per manager. The manager was informed about all the above. The manager told him that he would give him that 20% discount next time. We are pretty sure we are not going back. Food was not good enough to balance out...
Read moreDisappointed! We went after seeing the restaurant profiled on Check Please. We waited to be seated for several minutes. Maybe they didn’t have enough help, I don’t know. The owner was carrying out food plates, it seems he could have taken a moment to at least say someone will be right with you. But no, we stood there awkwardly. Finally someone seated us at a table that had broken tortilla chips on the floor that had not been swept up. The waitress brought us two waters and we asked for an appetizer. She said I’ll put that in for you but I don’t know if I’ll be your server…um ok. As we waited I found something floating in my water glass, again we had to wait for the server to come by and ask for a clean glass. It was really confusing as to why we were seated in a section that was obviously being waited on by another server while we were being ignored. By this I mean a table of 3 and we were in the middle…it was going downhill from the minute we walked in. The appetizer was late coming out, the food we ordered especially the Enchiladas had very little Barbacoa meet inside, and the tortillas were mushy and hard to even cut. Like What? Very disappointing and probably hard to go back for a...
