Excandalo Reception Hall — Attraction in Phoenix

I would give 0 starts if I could this place took my money. We made payments up until we were postponed due to COVID. They pushed our date out one year and still wanted me to pay as if my wedding date had not changed. Once I told them I would contact a Lawyer they reluctantly agreed. How can you be trusted after that? They ruined one of the biggest days of my life and are not willing to even give me half my money back. Who does this in the middle of a pandemic. DO NOT BOOK HERE! God forbid a act of GOD happens you will be out ALL your MONEY.

Response: I paid nearly 7,000 dollars, that is more then enough to pay your venders and hold that date. You wanted me to pay 100% a entire year in advance after my original date was cancelled, due to the pandemic. This in not a lie and I have emails to prove it. AGAIN I would not give these people a DIME. And make sure you have everything in writing as they will add things to your contract without you agreeing. They added tables I DO NOT agree too and told me they sold their old tables so I would have to pay an extra 200.00 for the "NEW LOOK" Never was in my contract. Never signed off on this. When I asked for the old round tables I was told they sold them and I would have to pay 200.00 for them to rent them from somewhere else. They are full of it. Don't waste your money. I attended a 15 here recently. The quinceañera was absolutely beautiful! If I could I would give this place 0 stars!! The staff was dress in regular tee-shirts not professional. The bar tender kept drinking all night (is this even legal?)The waitress kept bumping into people when they were serving and did not apologize and would get mad if you would ask for a drink. I heard that the parents were charged a lot for this place I don’t think the price matches the service. The guest would complain to the parents that the bar tender would not serve them drinks and that the food was gone too soon. The photographer looked like he was just hired from the street to take pictures he just kept flashing his camera all over the place without giving any notice to people. I give 0 stars. Although I didn’t have my wedding here, I had an appointment to see the salon for my wedding at 6pm and it looked is beautiful but the people there were not acknowledging me. And when they’d i ally acknowledged me 10 mins later they told me they will be with me in a money which was not the case. We waited until 6:35 and then we started leaving so the lady finally told us she was going to be 1 more minute. 10 more mins pass and still nothing so we left.
