La Michoacana Phoenix — Restaurant in Phoenix

I visited the 67th ave Thomas location. I stood in line for 20 min. They had 7 employees working at 9:30pm. There was only one couple infront of me at the time so waiting for that long wasn't a issue to me considering the care it takes to prepare the food. Anyway I am Hispanic but I don't speak or understand Spanish. Instead of helping the next person in line they called out, in Spanish only whos next. By this time other customers where behind me that understood and they helped them first!! When I asked for a manager she came out and didn't understand what I was saying. I explained to her and another employee what just happened because she was translating for me. Instead of apologizing and serving me she argued with me about them asking who was next in Spanish. I told her I only understand English. I was too upset and left!! They still were arguing with me instead of just asking what my order was. All 7 of these girls not one could just take my dam order. Super poor customer service especially if you only...

The staff are NON friendly and their prices are way too expensive. I ordered an ice cream but was not able to eat it in there as the place smells very bad. It smells like rotten fish! I can't believe the staff can't smell it themselves! I will never go there again. It is the most gross smell ever. The owner should do something about it. The food/snacks are so expensive, and they only serve you a tiny bit of whatever food you order. It's not worth the price! I would not recommend this...

I usually live this place but today was such a horrible experience , even asked if we can resolve it and couldn't my son asked for oreo icecream and she gave him what seemed to be oreo BUT had cinnamon in it and my sons allergic to cinnamon , and told her it wasnt regular and she stated she couldnt fix it and would have to charge us ! So annoying leaving w the only thing we went for and couldnt eat ! Thank god i tasted it first . Ended up giving it to the homeless going home...
