Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. I placed an order at 7:55 I had to wait almost an hour and ONLY received a pizza they forgot the rest of my order. The driver told me he would go back and come back with a whole new order in about 20-30 mins but before leaving I decided to take a look at the pizza the pizza just looked very unappetizing and uncooked I had him take it back. I waited for about 20-30 mins before calling in to see when my food would be here just to be told that my order was cancelled. I was just very upset at this point not once did she apologize and she stated that the pizza was fine she looking at it. The driver even agreed that the pizza looked disgusting. So I had her put my order in and had to ask if they would give me something for the inconvenience. She stated she couldn’t do anything for me so I asked for the manager and turned out she was the manager her name was Leslie I then asked for the store number bcuz I’m going to contact corporate, she then offered $10 off my order so I asked her to apply it. It was 9:28 at that point she told me it should take about 30-45 mins to arrive, mind you I’ve been waiting forever to eat now and girl was starving. It was 10:29 when I called back and asked where my food was at bcuz it been an hour already. Once the driver arrived here he gave me my food and come to find out it was the SAME pizza. This food gave me FOOD POISINING . This place is a joke DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNCOOKED SLOOPY FOOD AND FOOD POISINING . DONT WASTE...

Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my diabetic cousin, who had just gotten out of the hospital this morning because of of his diabetes. his blood sugar was very low today and all of the family is at work, so he had no way of getting food... conformation said it would be delivered at 4:59pm, on October 25th 2016, but yet when I asked him if he had gotten it yet, at 5:10pm, and he still hadn't . He was already getting sick and ready to call the ambulance by then because his blood sugar was so low. So I called the pizza hut to ask where it was, and all the manager did was say sorry and it would be there soon, was not very pleasant, sounded like a young punk, wouldn't give me a refund, CHUCKLED AT ONE POINT, like this was some kind of a joke!!!!! I am also youmg, only 23 years old, and i would NEVER act the way he did to a costumer. I will be talking to their RGM tomorrow morning, and reaming him also about letting his buisness, that location be ran in that manner. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. IT'S A PIZZA PLACE, NOT A HIGH END BUSY RESTRAUNT. I will be taking my complaint further, even to coorprate if I have to. I am beyond disgusted at that managers behavior. Terrible customer service! I went to order a pizza, specifically the pizza in the picture on the window and the employee named Eve Taking my order told me “I’m sorry the Detroit style pizza isn’t available at this location” I said mam’ you are advertising this pizza on the window of this specific location I then go I am outside of your location placing my order she then goes “oh, well we are out of stock then”. At that point I asked her for her name so I can speak to someone about this inconvenience and refer back to her who gave me false information. I am not happy or satisfied with this service and would not recommend this location. Possibly eve needs more training on what is being sold and offered from the company before giving false information and lies to a customer. I will not recommend or come back to this location.
