Vina Nail — Local services in Phoenix

Went to the this current nail salon today. Wait wasn't too long. Though I recommend a different place, because they didn't do their nails professionally. Usually their so good, but in the years slowly fail to satisfy customers. Best to ask more questions as well for gel nails if they do good. They charged and it may cost just $70 or up just for a gel manicure. One of the guys there besides the manager does really bad gel nails and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. My mother had a gel manicure and pedicure and was done very fast and nicely by a woman in glasses. An I only had a manicure and was finshed by the time she was done with both in an 1.5 hours. I really don't recommend this place. It's always crowded in space and sometimes people. They get right to painting your nails without prepping, so I do recommend other places I have given a good review too. Those other places do a good job in a relaxing and clean environment. An the prices are affordable. I'll be uploading pictures of my nails today There really sensitive to sunlight and touching things. An look bulky and uneven due to so much nail polish, polished on top of each other too much. My cuticles weren't done right as well. He ended up doing that when the gell polish dried on my skin outside the nail. Only to try and cut off the skin with the dried up nail polish. If he or someone who works there see's this review. I recommend him training more or being watched to see his improvement. Or don't do gel manicures if he's not comfortable...

Walked in to three manis and two pedis in progress. When we inquired about wait time we were told ten minutes; about five minutes later one of my girls was sat for a pedi and left to sit w/o any service or technician checking in on her or beginning her pedi for fifteen minutes before she walked away. My mani was started ten mins after my girl was sat for her pedi. When attempting to make my desires and concerns made w the job, the male technician appeared bothered and would mutter.

We walked in @ 545 and walked out @ 645. An hour for a full set?? I think not and by the way the two pedis I thought were in progress, were still waiting to be STARTED 😑

Went here on Thursday evening, they took forever to do my toe nails, I asked the lady how much will it be for mine and my grandmas toe nails my grandma got regular toe polish lady said 25 they charged me $32 & I got gel polish which mind you I only had one toe left with the toe nail by Saturday morning, didn’t even last, told me it was gonna be $40 they charged me $47. I told the owner what she told me and the lady who did our nails argued and said she told me she was charging me all this extra stuff and I was like no she didn’t.
