If I had the option of giving 0 Stars I so would to this location!!! WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! It’s been over 2 weeks that we got our mattress we have not once got a call that our reils are in and to top it off the foundation of the mattress are Twice as big than the actual mattress let alone the sales rep Xotchi is A LIAR!!! I understand you’re trying to sell items that’s your job and I respect that, but she did not tell us a lot of the information that we are now finding out !!!!!!! I don’t think someone should be working there if they are capable of lying and misinforming there clients , Let alone she mis informed us by saying we weren’t suppose to pay anything until our order was completed, a payment has gone through and our order is WRONG AND INCOMPLETE! I specifically told her that i was barley starting building my life here in Arizona and she went ahead and messed the whole experience up NOT FAIR! Think I’m done??? Absolutely not there is more!!So my boyfriend calls snap the people that finance our mattress says she’s going by what the sales associate send out to them! Now charging us over 1000 dollars in interest when again the sales associate Xotchi told us that we had 2 weeks to call snap and set up arrangement payments and what where the most convenient days to pay! NEVER DISCUSSED PAYMENTS OR DATES! The lady from the “Snap Company” tells my boyfriend they will call him back and all of a sudden 25 mins later my bf receives a call from mega that they have the Reils! Had we not call we probably would’ve never got that call, so they give us the address which is 25 mins away from where I live to pick up these reils GUESS WHAT THE SALES ASSOCIATE CALLS AND ASK FOR QUEEN REILS NOT KING!!!!! We wasted gas and our time going to that location in union hills which they are really incredible people they were understanding our situation, and we finally left went to this location to talk face to face with Xotchi! GUESS WHAT DENYING EVERYTHING! Common it’s holiday season have some compasión we looked like total idiots going back and forth it’s not okay! We work our BEHINDS of to purchase items that we need expecting to get incredible service but this has been nothing but a STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE AND VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!! My Advice to the public DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Read moreUPDATE: A young lady reached out to me and was very polite and seemed to care. She assured me everything would be taken care of. She set up a delivery date for a replacement recliner.. which i appreciate so much because their policy says the customer is responsible to bring back exchanges. Fast forward to today, I received my recliner and it works. The gentleman that delivered was very courtesy and would not leave until I was satisfied. He even called the office and they validated I was satisfied before leaving. I can’t thank them enough. All I wanted/needed is to know I would be taken care of. Thank you all again for taking care of us!
I purchased a sectional from the 99th location, Eneida was great. My fiancé and I had been in our new home for weeks without a couch due to purchasing from another furniture store and unfortunately the merchandise kept going on back order. Needless to say, we were desperate for a sofa that met our needs. Upon finalizing the transaction, I was presented with a paper to initial stating no refunds. I did question it but as assured, we’d be taken care of in the event of a problem. The next day we rented a U-Haul and picked the sectional up from their warehouse. We got home, unloaded, unboxed and put the sectional together. One of the three electric recliners did not operate. I immediately called the store and was told that someone from the warehouse would reach out to me. I called again Monday afternoon after no one had reached out and was told they might be busy but I would receive a call. An hour or so later, an agitated young lady called and told me I needed to email them pictures as per the “paper” I was given. I went and read through the paperwork and it indeed said the customer needs to send a picture/ video of the damage. We took a detailed video showing the recliner did not work but the other two does. I received no confirmation they received the video. I sent a follow up email asking if they at least received the video… as of this moment, no reply. I’m starting to get nervous after reading their return/exchange policy. They were so polite when taking my $2K cash but now its a waiting game. Read moreTHIS STORE RIPS YOU OFF. We went to the new Avondale location (after the proir furniture store went out of business). We were directed to their "sale" price bed set due to the 4th of July sale. The salesman tried to give us a good deal because apparently they overstock these bedroom sets. We were happy for the purchase but I was still concerned due to the "free lamps and delivery" we received. The salesman assured us if we found a better price anywhere else that they would match it AND take 10% off. I happened to stumble across their advertisement in the paper and found the same bed set we had purchased for $999 +tax and found it in the ad for $594 +tax. I called the store and was told to come in. After this occurred they tried to "charge" us this time for the lamps ($160.99) and delivery ($100) so we asked for the helpful manager. He agreed to the price match and asked us to come back in 2 days because he was not worried about it and "was not there to make money but to help us". After this, being his is very comfortable around us; he went on to tell us that someone came the day before asking for a price match from a different store (pretty much calling her stupid). PRICE MATCH IS ONLY WITHIN THEIR OWN STORE. No wonder the guy guaranteed we would not find the same set anywhere else for cheaper. Hopefully next time my husband listens to me and does not buy...
