I dont like doing reviews but this needed to be done Never came to this petere piper before decided to stop in since we where on this side of town and the kids wanted pizza the staff was very friendly as soon as we got half way to the counter the lady at the oven said hello to us let us know they will be with us come to find out she was the Manager the Cashier Priscilla was so kind and helpful made us laugh we had ordered pizza and wings and played games when we got our order my 4 year oldsaid they didnt want bbq which i had forgotten to say half plain on the wings and started crying The Manager whos name was Veronica asked if i wanted her to remake the wings with plain i said no its ok she are you sure its not a problem ibthen said yes please can you she smiled and said yes i told my wife when we got to the table with our food my wife tried giving Veronica a tip but she refused. This made our day because we just left a funeral service and got treated so well this peter piper had workers who had great costumer service and made us feel at home they deserve to be recognized and even though its a 30 min drive from my house we will be bacj again to this location THANK YOU TO ALL THE WORKERS THAT...

So to be honest I don't like to give bad reviews I like to give everybody a chance to make up for any mistakes so I talked to them and I give him the respect they deserve well today we came to eat with our family and kids we put in our order and decided to wait and enjoy some games they gave us our pitcher of beer nice and cold .then 30 minutes later we still had no pizza or wings when me and my sister-in-law decided to go up to them and talk to them they realized they hadn't put our order in so that's why we had been watching others get their orders who we knew had placed theirs after ours so we were pretty upset(More like hangry). Well Senna the manager on duty stepped up to the plate and made everything better she made us feel like we were valued customers and that she really felt bad that it had happened we appreciate it .we don't get to go out very often because we are a big family but when we do we like to be treated like our money is important and that is exactly how they made us feel tonight plus the food was good.
