Marissa and Mikhal were the absolute best on my first day. Very encouraging and motivating, attentive to every single person in class. Unfortunately the 2nd time I went, Cherie was one of the class instructors. I was very discouraged to even consider signing up (as I was signed up through the 7 day pass). I understand that I was late to the class but an instructor should never tell their potential clients to not bother showing up if they're late, especially not as soon as they arrive. I was really upset and about ready to just go back home despite the 15 mile drive but stayed until the session ended. I've never once gone to a gym or group workout and was told to not show up if I'm going to be late. It has literally always been "you're here and that's what counts so make the best out of your workout". Cherie told me "when people are late, it's too much of a hassle for us" as if the workouts weren't already displayed on screens for everyone to follow. My thought is if there's a few empty spaces, it's not hard to put someone there once/if they arrive late, especially when you were given the notice beforehand about the...
Read moreI signed up for their 2week $25 promotion while dropping into Phoenix for the month. I typically drop into Crossfit gyms but decided to give F45 a chance. I was very disappointed. First, the workouts are subpar and on a television. The "coaches" are more like class cheerleaders and rarely correct any poor movements. Secondly, don't expect to make friends or find a community here. It's very clique/superficial (including the trainers) and people are in-and-out after the 45min. I don't understand how people are willingly paying $150+ for these workouts. Granted, some trainers were nice and the cold towels were a plus but F45 is not worth the time or money. I will not be going back to an F45 gym after...
Read moreNaturally I get bored easily and having a constant circuit keeps me entertained. As I get older I am too boujee for a cold, dingy CrossFit gym. This place is anything but that.
Nice/clean gym, amazing people that care about you and your goals. Amazing workouts, great music, super friendly instructors, new equipment.
45 min may not seem like a lot of time but I could not imagine going for another 5 min. Finally not a place that throw you on a treadmill for 30 min (I coulddo that if I wanted to at the gym). Just remember... you get what you pay for
P.s. love the lavender cold towels after, never...
