Heaven’s Closet — Attraction in Phoenix

I’ve shopped at Heaven’s Closet a handful of times and I have always had a good experience.

Today though, my experience was absolutely exceptional!

I have to give a huge shout out to Taylor, as well as offer my praise to her. Taylor truly has such a beautiful soul, and she is great at what she does.

Honestly, even if I was wearing white gloves, I’d have bought ketchup popsicles from her. I went in with the intentions of “just looking around, to, “wanting to buy the whole dang lot!”

Thanks Taylor for such an outstanding experience today, you’re one-of-a-kind!!

I haven’t shopped at Heavens closet in a few months, however, today, I went shopping with my Mom, and even though it’s 39 minutes from where I live, Heaven’s Closet was at the top of my list of places to bring her.

Like all of my visits to Heaven’s Closet, I walked out with some pretty epic stuff. Karsten was working today and she provided us with incredible customer service. After a question my Mom asked about Heaven’s Closet, Karsten went into a detailed explain to explain to my Mom just what Heaven’s Closet is all about. Both my Mom and I appreciated that tremendously.

I was looking for a ring, found what I wanted, and also ended up getting a pair of pants and shorts.

The employees working were friendly, however BEWARE, this place does not have a return policy. It doesn’t seem like it’s posted anywhere on their social media, and it’s most certainly not mentioned to you while checking out. But just be careful. Its was our own fault for get caught up in conversation with the workers, but when we checked out with a total of 4 shirts, he read out the total, we didn’t entirely hear it, but having known that one of the shirts was only $35, we continued with the transaction. It wasn’t until after we left that we realized he said $412 for 4 shirts. Within 2 minutes of leaving, we turned around and went back in and admitted our mistake of not paying attention to the total or checking the tag ahead of time but just requested to return 2 shirts that were priced over $100 (standard racing shirts). He said they have a no refund policy but that he’d have to ask his manager whom it seemed like he had to call. After waiting about 10min he came back and told us that the best they can do is store credit. Again, I understand that the mistake is our own as we should have payed more attention, but it was an honest mistake of which we literally turned right around, admitted fault, and just requested to return the unused items, for them not to be able to make an exception or in the least, make it very clear prior to purchase that they don’t accept returns is a bit frustrating when you walk out of a store spending $400...

Bad vibe inside this place and serious lack of knowledge too. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I at least know the reasons why these shops exist this day in age and are able to sell overpriced 90's clothing. Every establishment like this is overpriced.... That's why you have to chase down some good pieces and trade or sell to afford this hobby. Quite the ghetto used car dealership feeling, the girl wouldn't even look at me while wanting an absolute premium (AKA LA $$$ circa 2017) dollar for her stuff. Just laughable, place was way better when she first opened. I actually grabbed a couple of awesome shirts for a super fair price. I think the boojie vintage and sneaker boutique world is going to come crashing down sooner than later. Just my $0.02. I've seen it before and I'll see it again.
