Madison Park is in a good neighborhood, located at approximately 1600 E. Campbell. Pretty much 16th street and Campbell, it has a wide variety of small businesses and other residential properties in this, older but well maintained and kept up area of central to east Phoenix, depending on how you choose to call it. I have a doctor's office that I visit in the general area and to tell you the truth, it looks more like a nice residential location than a can't miss sky scraper, that sticks out like a sore thumb. 😆. So basically everything around Madison Park is located in a nice and good looking, easy on the eye part of town. Read moreThe surrounding area is definitely sus and there was a distinct stench of weed in the air when we arrived, BUT. This is a genuinely nice park nestled like an oasis in the ghetto.
