So my parents were just there to pick up my order(2 Hawaiians && 2 Classic Pepperoni pizzas). I had ordered the pizzas via the app for pick up. My parents went to pick up the order unaware that i had already paid for the order. My parents don’t speak English but they understand some. They are Spanish speakers. When at the counter, they tried to pay for the order and the guy at the counter must’ve been confused cause it was already paid for but he didn’t speak Spanish && my parents don’t speak English. My mother heard when the guy at the register was telling another employee in the back that they are stupid. My Mother wouldn’t lie to me about what she heard. She had tried to call me so i could assist with the situation but i was unavailable at the moment. I was livid after hearing what they had just gone through, i went back to the store. Mind you, i was able to keep my composure even though i was angry. I went up to the register and this ginger-looking guy came up to help. I let him know about what had just happened to my parents moments ago and demanded a refund. Of course i didn’t believe the bullshit story he gave me but thought i hear him out. According to him my parents were asking about the order having wings (the order didn’t even have wings and my parents said they never asked about wings) and that the system was down. Therefore, he couldn’t verify if the order even had wings and he had said the stupid system was down…. This is where he states the misunderstanding occured. He said the system was still down and he couldn’t even give me a refund even if he wanted to… Word of advice, if you’re gonna be talking shit about customers, do so where they can’t hear you or don’t say nothing at all. And yes i’ve worked at a restaurant before, yes i’ve dealt with customers in the food industry and STILL have to use my customer service skills where i work now. Long story short, I never have good service but I deal with it because I have worked in the industry for over 10 years. People and business has bad days. But today! Uncalled for.
I ordered Italian cheese bread via phone. Arrived ordered not ready. The cashier who has tattoos on her face is normally decent but today not sure what’s was up with her. I receive my Italian cheese bread check the box I’m unsatisfied how the order looks. Didn’t think to take a picture because my mind was made up, I just want a refund. The bread was completely uneven and impossible to share which is why I purchased it. One side was extremely heavy in dough and the other side was just as thin as a slice of pizza.
I requested a refund. Instead of getting a refund I had to debate about it. I was offered a remake. I declined. Then I was told I’m not unsure why you want a refund it’s goes through one hole and out the other. Then I was told that if I was hungry I would just eat it. Then I was told “I’ve been homeless before and I use to eat out of trash cans” don’t see how that was relevant as well you are not the only person who ever dealt with hardships. I just wanted my money back. Then she gets the manager and says well she will be right with you to deal with you because I don’t want to deal with you.
All because I wanted my money back for the poorly looked meal that I paid my money and for and took time out my day to wait on ! I will not be returning. The manager did nothing to correct the issue other than a refund which was the bare minimum an apologize should’ve been given at the very least. As for contact to the manager I was given a bogus email that doesn’t work!

Read moreI never thought that I would be robbed by Little Caesars pizza! It’s kind of sad because my order was only two extra most pepperoni pizzas. I went to little Caesars pizza just this past Saturday and from the Little Caesars pizza portal App I ordered 2 extra most pep pizzas but when I got to this location they had suddenly closed due to short staff well the portal still charged me the cost of the pizza and the guy closing would not come to the door so I could tell him my card was still charged even though I didn’t receive my order. Since Saturday I have called that location numerous times to resolve the issue but no one ever answered the phone. Fast forward until today Wednesday, I went back to the location to see if someone would help. I spoke with 2 male workers at the front counter and I showed them my transaction on my card where the funds were taken and the receipt that was sent to my email which coincides with around the time after they had suddenly closed early that day. The 2 male workers told me of course I would have to speak to a manager. And I’m like OK that’s fine that’s understandable so where is the manager well then they tell me there are 2 managers at this location and the one I need to speak with is not working today. And I’m like OK so when will the manager be available and the guy tells me the manager in on a 2 week vacation. Moral of the story is why am I getting the run around on a pizza order!?!?!?!? I feel like my situation could have been handled better. I will just dispute the transaction with my card holder because clearly I’m not getting anywhere with them. Nevertheless I have learned my lesson to never order pizza on the portal at this location...
