Let me just start off by saying. I treat people how they and myself would want to be treated. I had Ms.Kim working on my toes and she was nice at first she was cleaning my feet and removing my cuticles it was good. She was smiling I was smiling good time right? After my feet got done I got moved over to Pam for my nails and Kim went on to her next client. I was excited because I heard a good review from a stranger that Pam the owner was really good at what she does. I can’t stress this enough from dipping the tool she used for another client in nail solution to clean it then used it to cut and shave my cuticles off, to cutting my pinky finger and index finger to the point they bled and she just laughed, to phone calls in between the service (which the phone calls I was staying patient didn’t say anything except “it’s okay”) to my nails being cut unevenly (I asked for coffin). This wasn’t all. Since the phone calls kept taking so long. Kim volunteered to paint my nails because she thought Pam was taking to long on me. I was nonchalant and was cool about it even better right? My nails were ready to be painted when I went over to Kim’s desk. First off she was aggressive which confused me because she complimented me on my smile like an hour ago. She grabbed my hand and forcefully put it under the UV light while I was just checking out my nails for a quick second because she didn’t paint my whole nail by the time I got my second coat. She said to keep them under there so it’ll dry faster mind you my aunt owns a nail salon in another state I know what the UV LIGHT DOES and everyone else who gets their nails done knows what it does. My boyfriend was sitting right next to me watching her mad dog me while i looked away. When I confronted her she didn’t paint my whole nail she fussed and said THATS YOUR SKIN DID YOU WANT ME TO PAINT YOUR SKIN?? Like wait what? Where did that come from? When I got up expected to pay for the service I spoke with Pam. When I explained what had happened still staying calm and collective that my nails weren’t painted fully and there was a glob of polish on my right index finger that made my nail look lumpy and that also the polish wasn’t layered right. she and her employees just laughed at me and talked about me this was embarrassing as they were trying to make it seem like I was the problem In front of their other clients. Plus this is the FIRST TIME IVE EVER COMPLAINED AT A NAIL SALON!! Pam offered to redo my nails. While taking off the polish she cut me again. I wanted to use the same color as long as the nail polish wasnt the problem because there was no rattle sound from the ball that’s put in nail polish to tell if it’s still good to use. She said I think it’s still good. As Kim left i tell the owner about the service I just had again and she just says it’s okay it’s okay. Once the other client left thats when she wanted to talk about her employees and say they don’t know how to do a perfect job I was shook because why have them work there if you know they can’t do the job right?? She puts the nail polish on I look and the nail polish is still not layering right it’s still not fully on my nail, she painted on my cuticles and I’m just done with this salon at this point. Also I have to add in that it was 3:30pm when I came in. They took my appointment right away! BUT I didnt leave til 7:00PM! We were there for almost 4 hours and it wasn’t busy either. 🤦🏻‍♀️

It took me awhile to decide if I should leave a review, but I figured it would be the best thing to warn other people. I came to this salon and got a full set. The nail tech cut the side of my finger, but I thought nothing of it. A few days later, my finger swelled up so bad that I visited Urgent Care. They gave me some meds and I thought it was that. Swelling did not go down and got WORSE (pictures attached, be warned its gross). I finally was advised to go to the ER. Turns out I had MRSA in my finger due to her cutting my nail and doing my nails with unsanitized tools. They said if I had waited another day, I would’ve contracted a fever. $1000 medical bill!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!

If only I could give NO stars. Moved to Phoenix and had to find a shop. I really liked one of the ladies here. I called one day to make an appt. I got off at 6 and asked for a 630. When I got there at 6:20, Pam Said you were supposed to be here at 6 the whole time that I was there which was 2 hours waiting because I had to work and had no time to come back in the Future Days, she continuously said you said 6 o'clock there was no way I said 6 o'clock when clearly I got off at 6. As she walked away she said, well she'll just have to wait!! WOW!!!!!!!!! Finally at 8 o'clock Pam took me. When she got done she wanted to charge me and I said that is crazy that you want to charge me and you had me wait for 2 hours then she got mad after I said I'm not going to pay you after waiting that long she said I did a great job on your nails and I deserve to get paid. I have never had somebody do my nails so horrible!!!!!! For going there continuously, you'd think they would take care of u. But like ALL of us they see $$$$ signs.....PERIOD! They have NO customer service one...
