She THREW a donut at me!!!! The security camera footage shows the TRUTH!! I asked for a bearclaw, she pointed to a donut & confidentiality said it was a bearclaw. I took my 1st bite & it had apple in it -yuck!! This certainly IS NOT a bearclaw nor is it what I paid for; bearclaws have been my favorite pastry since I was a kid & it NEVER has apple in it. I went to the counter, with a small piece of apple donut in one hand & the bag with the rest of the uneaten apple donut, to ask for a replacement since this had apple in it, aka, I was NOT SOLD a bearclaw; I needed a NEW pastry or needed a REFUND. The same woman gasped a bit at my request & said she told me their “bearclaws” had apple, plus, said I had to PAY EXTRA for a new/replacement donut…she DID NOT offer me a refund. *PATHETIC business practices unworthy of anyone’s money/business.* Well, my attitude went from a polite, but direct, customer sitting inside with my mother to a ‘FURIOUS & not going to take the injustice’ mode. In my immediate frustration, I yelled, “that is BULLS#!+”; the woman just stared at me & said nothing. I didn’t know what else to do… I lost my cool & I THREW the rest of the small bit in my hand at her, hit the woman on the right cheek. I then turned to go back to sit with my mom, & she THREW & HIT ME IN THE BACK WITH ONE OF THOSE LONG DONUTS!! I was surprised when I was hit in the back, I picked up the long donut & attempted to throw it back; the donut hit the counter and fell to the floor in the dining area. LOOK at the picture, that’s the deplorable, apple donut-throwing creature. *Now for the LIES & SUPERVISOR INCOMPETENCY (the security camera footage shows the TRUTH!!)* As I was writing this review, I sat at the table (with my mother) when I heard the “donut thrower” LIE TO HER SUPERVISOR, saying she threw the same piece of apple-donut back at me & insisted to her supervisor it was not a new donut, plus the employee LIED AGAIN stating she had told me their “bearclaws” had apple…*note the supervisor is concerned first about if the employee wasted a new donut to throw at me & was only concerned with the deplorable creature’s opinion!* The supervisor NEVER came out to talk with me, she only inaudibly mumbled & whined from the back of the counter a couple of times. Note, I was seated for at least 5 minutes. Then, when my mom finished her donut and we got up to leave, the supervisor whined something about it not being okay to throw items. Well, once again, I got IRATE, I yelled that they should have given me a REFUND or a NEW donut & I angrily threw the bag with the rest of the apple donut across the store, toward the ceiling. *It is sad how business practices are shifting in food/hospitality…costs is going up, customers are often NOT getting what they paid for & are we are badly treated at the same time.*

Looking for a donut fix at any hour? BoSa Donuts has you covered, many locations are open seven days a week, and a number even stay open 24/7, so those late-night cravings are always satisfied. Their donuts strike the perfect balance between light and flavorful, whether it’s flaky glazed classics, apple fritters, or cake varieties that are never too dense. The vibe feels laid-back and local, especially at their cafes with drive-thru convenience and breakfast sandwiches like croissants with eggs and cheese that pair perfectly with a fresh cup of coffee. Friendly, efficient service, and always a welcoming energy, BoSa delivers consistently good indulgence at any time of day or night.

Another stop at my favorite donut shop chain, Bosa Donuts in Phoenix, did not disappoint. We grabbed an assortment of donuts, coffee, and strawberry croissants. Despite the place being busy, the service was fast and pleasant. The coffee was hot, delicious, and made to order, complementing the fresh and tasty donuts perfectly. The strawberry croissants were a delightful treat, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Bosa Donuts continues to be a top choice for a quick and satisfying stop for coffee and pastries. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious donuts and great service.

I have been coming here for 2+ years and the customer service just gets worse and worse every visit. I'm at the point where I will not be returning. I will be driving a little farther to a different place. Menu items are so good. Which is very disappointing. They got my order wrong and the female drive thru cashier had an attitude about it. I just cancelled my order. She said "there it's been refunded" but didn't give me the receipt for it. I asked for it and I was given more attitude. I left the items. Still don't have my refund. Called to see what was going on with it i was explaining to the manager and he just kept talking over me and not letting me finish. His solution was "let me talk to the employees to see what's going on" my question is why do you need to when I verified the receipt through text with him and the refund was made (supposedly) since I did have the refund receipt. After him interrupting a handful of times I said I'll just take it up with my bank and get the refund that way.

The management and employee team here is a joke. If you want something sweet find a different location or just go to Crumble it's in...

After hearing about Bosa Donuts from friends, I decided to try them out on none other than National Doughnut Day! They seem to get a lot of orders from drive-thru customers, as all 3-4 employees were eagerly talking through headsets and preparing orders while I patiently waited at the counter for someone to notice me. When a woman finally asked if I had been helped, I ordered a half-dozen donuts ($5+) and went on my merry way. While Chocolate Frosted with Sprinkles will always be my first choice in doughnuts, I must say that the toasted Coconut doughnut was my favorite from here!

All in all, Glazed was fine (though lacking appearance points after getting all smooshed up while being put into the box), Cinnamon was good, they were out of Lemon-filled so I defaulted to Raspberry-filled which was better than I expected it to be, and I didn't care for the Maple Bar. I'm not dying to come back, as there are plenty of other doughnut shops I'd rather try instead, but if I were to find myself here again I'd definitely get more...
